Appartments are located in calm part of Riccione, there is a nice garden with quite big pool and lot of sunbeds and private parking is available for free which is very good. Room was big and clean with terrace. Beach is 1,5 km by walk.

Equipment in the appartment was average, few dishes, missing dishwasher. Some things looked slightly used and would need replacement but on the other hand everything was clean. Wifi was available only at the reception.

Spacious apartment, ideal for families with children. The location is quite good, considering that the purpose of our holiday was to visit the nearby towns - Gradara, San Marino e Rimini. The receptionist was available and provided the necessary assistance via whatsapp and even in later hours of the day. Overall, it was not bad

The apartment was clean, but walls need a refreshment, especially considering that they were stained by killed insects. The bathroom was fine, but water was leaking out from the shower. I think the kitchen and living room, which is a unique room quite spacious, needed a better light, especially during autumn/winter being dark early. No Wi-Fi in the apartment, which was not a big deal but it could have been useful. No nearby shop or supermarket.
