Exceptional residence! Looks good and modern, comfortable, great and helpful host, prompt and clear communication, great location, well priced, has multiple charging station for EV cars. I was really impressed, seriously. Will definitely try to book it next year :)

There was one minor issue that was reported to host at the end of my stay and I've got a promise it'll be resolved.

Arrival and check in was easy. The apartment was new and stylish and had everything we needed.

Check out was a nightmare. We were ousted at 9.30 and had they had nowhere to store our luggage although we were not leaving Ortisei until the afternoon.

We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment with sauna. It was brand new, great insulation, modern furnishing. Fully equipped kitchen with high quality kitchenware. Location Location Location!

No breakfast option - although it's not technically a hotel and there are many cafes within a 30 metre radius from the building so not really an issue.

Aquila Dolomites Residence is one of the best apartments I have been. Central location, proximity of ski-lifts, surroundings, spacious garage, furniture, view, wi-fi, ski-room with heated holders, kitchen fully equipped, huge balconies, everything is new and high quality. Comparing to other accommodation of this type in Ortisei this is far the best one. Staff - Marie - really polite and careful.

The stay was just amazing. The place is above and beyond what we expected. Ortisei is a tourist town with apartments facing the streets with a small, cute balcony. And that's exactly what we got. It is more of an apartment for yourself rather than a hotel with all amenities like kitchen and dining area. We loved it and enjoyed our stay there. The receptionist was also very helpful and recommended and guided us with the tips for travelling and exploring the place.

Room is very spacious and clean. Even have a dishwasher which was impressive! Good location!

We stayed in a one bedroom penthouse apartment which is very beautiful and clean. The location of the apartment cannot be more central, everything is within walking distance, yet extremely quiet for a good night sleep. The host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it!

Situated directly in the town pedestrian zone. Very clean and actually quiet place. Shops, supermarket, and restaurants literally steps away from the property.

Our room had a funny odor which could not be aired out. Seems like there was a smoker in the flat above/upstairs and the smell creeped into our room. Hard to tell what it was. However, it was not unbearable.

We loved our stay here and plan to return soon. The location of the hotel can't be beat. Parking was easy in the garage. Our hostess, Marie-Laure, greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and since the hotel wasn't full, upgraded us to a larger apartment with a great balcony over the walking street with mountain views. She also gave us excellent tips on the town and surroundings that helped us get the most out of our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed including a well organized kitchen and excellent WIFI. There is a supermarket across the street and many restaurants within a few minutes walk too.
