this house is an experience you will not forget quickly. The enviroment around the house isolates you from the outside world. Though the property is close to the road you wouldnt think it. The sound of the sea is hynotic and mezmorizing. Standing outside in the lush garden, your hardest decsion is to choose if you want to swim in the pool or the sea. The interior is crisp, clean and well thought out. you have lots of space and the owner and hostess complete the holiday feeling. nice staff and people with helpful info. great holiday. We will definitely return.

what a lovely place to spend your vacation. This villa is in the ideal location. It is near to the main road, set back in its own garden. a 2 minute drive to Agios Nikitas village, where there are supermarkets, tavernas to eat and bakeries for fresh produce. 15 minites and you will reach Lefkas town if you are looking for more life and shops a plenty, set in a quaint village. The villa its self is grand a spacious with everything you need. and the beach at the end of your garden. i cant say i have a bad word to say. recommended by me and my family.

Wow, Having stayed in a few villas around the Med, we can definitely say this has been the best, of course the view and the close proximatey to the village are amazing but we found the villa to be well equipped and well looked after. We really appreciated having a few provisions left for us on arrival, gorgeous clean crisp sheets and plentiful towels. Our girls thought they were in 7th heaven with the pool and also the sea at the bottom of the garden to move between. A big thank you to the team at Milos Bay Villas, Agios Nikitas and Lefkada are little gems!

We chose this villa for privacy and here it is, a fantastic view, cozy inside and your very own pool and a few steps down your garden and your feet are in the sea. The villa has all you need inside, very clean and a unique style of design (classic but modern, well structured interior and overall feeling of home). A lady came to clean part way through our stay, changing all our bedding and towels and a thorough clean through. The location on the West coast is perfect, 2 minutes from Agios Nikitas village in the car, and 15/20 to Lefkas town. We definitely recommend this location and look for it if we return.

Our stay in Lefkada was beautiful. The villa was excellent. very big, spacious, nicely decorated. It was very private with a nice lush garden, own private pool and straight onto the beach. The villa is situated just before Agios Nikitas village. which is ideal. you are just away from the world but close enough if you want to take part. I would recommend a car hire for this place, as there are so many beautiful places to explore. None are more beautiful than staying here in your own like paradise! You definitely get the whole package.

if its not paradise then its not far off.... we stayed for a week, 3 couples in the beauitful sound of the sea. The surroundings are gorgeous, the sunset is magnificent, the villa is modern, the pool is clean, you name it. it ticks all the boxes. The communication with the owner is easy and friendly.Nothing is too much. If there is a place i would like to hang around for years,this would be it. The island is fantastic. the people are friendly and there is so much beauty. The villa is on the sea front. it has also has a lovely lush garden with shadey areas. you can sit in your bed at night and see out of the windows. this view will stay with me for a long time!and i will definitely come back. everyone thoroughly enjoyed their holiday, and we feel totally relaxed! I didnt want to get back on the plane and go back to reality. 3/4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, great kitchen and dining area! BBQ and of course wifi!! 10 out of 10!

Our week long stay at this terrific beach house was made all the more memorable by the fantastic position, with a virtual private beach, west facing with amazing sunsets, and close to the beautiful and friendly village of Agios Nikitas. The owners attention to detail for guests made the week so enjoyable from the quality of the interiors, very comfortable beds, and beach to towels provided. Simone the guest relations manager was great and very helpful as was Jimmy the pool cleaner. However it is highly recommended to have a car for your stay. Overall a wonderful Lefkas week was had.

We enjoyed it exceptionally well ... Top location, in september sunset directly into the sea. Very nice, large and modern bathroom. Top furnished. We have 7 adults. The information about the villa are all korekt. We would always book this villa again. :-)

It was the first time i visited Greece with my family and we had really high expectations as all our friends kept telling us what a great island Lefkada is. Thankfully reality exceeded our expectations. ON Arrival at Preveza airport we had arranged a hire car with help from our hosts Tasos and Simone. Simone then greeted us at the villa and gave us a great handover with everything we needed to know.. A beautiful luxury modern villa, next to the sea.This was perfect. you are far enough away from everything. but also not too far either. A perfect balance. Also staff are generally around in morning, Jimmy comes to clean the pool and take your rubbish away, a massive help and Simone is on the end of the phone otherwise if you need anything and is very helpful. Tasos the owner (Greek) very good english is also a complete gent. very welcoming. we had an absolutely fantastic stay and will definitely be back!! there is no way we can stay away!

Sound of The Sea... Exceptional... We traveled as a family of 4- 2 adults and 2 teenagers in July. We had an amazing time. The location of the villa was perfect. 10 meters and your feet and in the sea, or step outside your door and use your own private pool. you are in the perfect place to explore the island, the beautiful blue sea. A hire car is a must to explore the island which you can drive around in i would say half a day. but taking a few days to explore the different places is a must. Many monasteries, different beaches and wonderful places to eat. The best view on the island is definitely the one from the balcony. The beautiful stretch of beach and the view of Agios Nikitas village. The blue of the water! It honestly felt like Greek gods had created this little heaven themselves to share with us mortals. The accommodation was exceptional. the attention to detail has been placed on ever element. The decor was beautiful. the huge glass windows mean you can see the beautiful view from every corner. The cleanliness was also to a very high standard. and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. I called Simone for a couple of extra towels and they we with us the next morning. the service was great. We have visited Lefkada many times before and stayed in different places but for sure when we visit again we will not stay anywhere but here! Home from home... 10 out of 10.

Having booked Sound of the Sea for a week away with my friends,i wasnt sure what to expect. I must say i was pleasantly surprised and beyond. Once you make your way through the bussel of Lefkada town, which is beautiful and worth a visit during your stay. the view of the beautiful blue ocean hits you! and you are immediately hit with excitement. to wake up everyday to that view and sound of the sea is surreal.The villa sits on the beach front. 10 meters and you are in the sea. i was shocked to see that there was such a wonderful garden also to enjoy your peace in and many bbq's. A great balance of sun and shadey spots. The villa itself was immaculate. Everything was as expected. very spacious and light with beautiful windows to soak in the view. full air-conditoning i was grateful for. and free wifi. though it was a holiday and we all tried our best to not work!! just up the road in Agios Niktas we found smaller supermarkets for everyday supplies, many lovely places to eat. Lefkas town itself has Lidls and a great shop called (AB's) almost like the marks and sparks of Greece i think! We had a great girls week away. plenty of food, drinks and rest in paradise. the villas and location were superb. A big thank you to the owner for putting up with us girls! 5 star!

This villa is in the ideal location. your own private beach, pool and ample space. a real luxury getaway. 2 minutes in the car to Agios Nikitas village, where you can find everythig you need. to be honest we did a big shop on arrival and never wanted to leave. what more could we ask for. a gas bbq is provided, you have everything you need. an occasional meal in the village fir a change, but it the busy period of August, this place is just divine. the staff were excellent and helped with any questions. pool cleaned everyday, a waste taken away. 10 out of 10. a top choice. already booked for next year.

This was the second time we stayed on Lefkada, during the past few years we have visited many places in Greece. Lefkada is definitely our favourite and 'The Sound of the Sea' villa we stayed in was magnificent. I think it was the first time we have felt such peace of mind and so relaxed. Only 10 meters from the sea. The villa is very comfortable and quiet. Like your own little paradise. Especially clean with a beautiful garden. A stunning view from every angle in the house, through huge glass windows The owner and host are friendly and warm and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The house was well equipped and functional, furnished in an elegant style, with lovely large airy rooms. In the end the tiny details and extras make such a difference. the wifi is provided for free, the mid weeks clean and change of linen was brilliant and the wine we found on arrival was a great surprise. A big thank you to Tasos and Simone, and we look forward to seeing you next year for another great 2 weeks.

Well where to start. The villa was just Perfect. Sound of the sea indeed. the villa is on the beach front, though it is a public beach you would think it is your own! We organised our own hire car from Preveza airport. and met Simone at the villa. The driving instructions were easy, and Simone and Jimmy were there waiting at the roadside for us. To help us with our bags and settle in. We were then visted later during our stay for a mid week clean and some helpful tips. The villa was gorgeous, big, clean and modern. we were spoilt for choice, beautiful blue sea or our own swimming pool! Having our own car was great. We had a map of the island in the villa and set off on a little tour. We also ventured to Nidri and hired a small motor boat for the day and visited Meganisi. Absolutley brilliant. Agios Nikitas village is very pretty which is the closest village to you. Literally just 2 minutes in the car. where there is a bakery and supermarket and a few different taverna to eat lunch and dinner. a lovely little beach as well. Lefkas town is just 15 minutes in the car and there are tavernas a plenty there. We found some really nice places to eat and couldnt help but have a gyros for lunch and Daltons and a fredo cappachino. Greek cold coffee is surprisingly refreshing in the sun! The location really makes the holiday. The perfect balance of peace and quiet but close enough for activity and adventure as well! This place is perfect. we will definitely be back!
