Location was brilliant. Staff were very helpful. The apartment was perfect for 1 person and a great base to explore Marseille.
Nothing....the apartment was brilliant.

The area is great for the meteo and getting about. Some very nice cafe and bars around and a supermarket for food.
Nothing with the area at all and all problems we had with the apartment the hosts shall be dealing with poste haste they were very quick at getting back to us.

Ideal location for purpose of visit. Room was functional for my requirements.

My flight was delayed on the Friday therefore I did not get to the apartment building until late that evening approx 11.30. I could not get into the building and the email that was sent was all in french even though on booking.com i changed my arrival time to say I would be late.
Receptionist was really rude when I questioned about leaving my luggage until I leave as I had a late flight home.
I was told if I’m not back at the apartment by 4pm I would not be able to get my luggage.
At around 3.30pm I got back to the apartment to open the apartment door and my luggage had been moved out of the room without permission.

The hotel has taken ALL my belongings from my room (mixed up room numbers when were cleaning), and never returned it back! They acknowledged the mistake but they never returned my luggage, and are now ignoring my messages.
Not only they robbed me, but also ruined my vacation. Forced me to wear same clothes for the whole trip and search to buy essentials that they have taken (phone charger, toothbrush, etc) instead of enjoying my holiday.
Outrageous! I should've called police immediately!
Return me my belongings!

No air conditioning, but there was a portable fan (although base damaged so had to angle the right way)

The size of the room was great. I arrived very late but the communications and instructions for check-in were seamless
The first night was really cold before I found out that I needed to turn on the heater.

The mattress and sheets were not clean and had stains and uncleanliness and caused me skin allergies

No blanket in the room. Cleaning mop left in the bathroom. Hard to get into the building before accessing the keys.

The staff is very friendly and check in and out is uncomplicated. The location is very good as well.
No AC is a no-go during summer time and the fan was way to weak. The water flows down very slowly in the bathroom's sink and there were no shampoos. Only one toilet roll has been provided. The light in the room is also not bright enough.
No reception on the weekend..

There were many flies around the window/balcony door. There is only one roll of toilet paper and no indication whatsoever on how to ask for room amenities.

Big enough the room.
Clean at the arrival.
No air condition and I had to keep the balcony door open.
Mosquitoes were storming in from the stream pond next to the building.
I had terrible nights sleeping there.
No air fun for 2 nights out of 4 in total.
No changing bedsheets or cleaning the room even once while I was there.
No hairdryer.

The area around the property is a mix of residencial, comercial and tourism. There's a nice shopping centre near with big shops names and nice restaurants.
The building was very quite, and the resident/guests were polite and helpfully.
The room was spacious and clean.
The linen were clean.
The kitchen was efficiently equipped with the necessary tools for cooking.
There're 2 big supermarket near by( less than 10 minutes walking)
Av du Padro is very nice with easy access to the Centre and the beach.
Because lack of communication between staff I didn't have my linen change.
