It was very clean!!!

Only stairs to the second floor. That should be something communicated at booking. Or you should at least hire a bell boy to help elderly customers with their luggage. It was almost impossible to get our luggage upstairs.

Very clean, very safe, easy access to everything, very nice and efficient staff, a great stay!

The pillows were not awesome. The squishy kind are more comfortable.

nothing really other than it was on the side street so there was grass across the road where we could take our two service dogs. Other than that had I known what it look like I definitely would not have stayed there.

they put us in rooms that were “for people with dogs“ The carpet was disgusting Again, these rooms looked like they were rooms saved for homeless people, which I have no objection to homeless people. I just don’t want to sleep in their beds.

the bathtub wouldn’t drain and it leaked somehow like all over the floor

Bed was comfy, man at the front desk was very nice, Good location and quiet.

The shower door was a bit wobbly and the drain was a little slow too

The staff at this establishment is the most unprofessional and rude people I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I was checked into a small room that was not my reservation and did not have a walk-in shower, and they argued and tried to say I got a bigger room. when I pulled up my reservation and showed it said, walk in shower, they were rude and act as if I was being difficult. I then got moved to the room I actually had reserved and it was a much bigger and had to walk in shower, and I feel like they tried to short me out for what I originally reserved. there was no apology, and it was extremely rude. I work at a hotel personally, and had also left $100 gift card left in my room and called the second I checked out and it was never found and they never wanted to check the cameras and claimed that there was an Internet problem and wouldn’t refund or resolved my issue. like if you don’t even have footage that’s on you and you should be able to compensate. do not reserve a room here.

This hotel had an excellent location. Dinner right across the street. We book 3 rooms, all were clean and comfortable. We were on our way to catch the Coho in Port Angeles, so 20 minutes away.

I loved how spacious the rooms were and how super clean they were! I also loved that the staff were friendly and that our rooms had a mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave.

The wifi connection could've been stronger and the shower head was a bit short.

The room was huge for the price and the staff was extra helpful. I arrived after check-in and my key was waiting for me under my mat. I also needed to stay an extra day and they were able to shuttle other people around so I didn't have to leave my room.

Breakfast is the only thing they can do better.

Prrfect distance from town if you like to get your steps in…plenty of services close by for convenience, save your gas to see the countryside…seemingly endless lavender, lol.

The rooms were well kept.
