We stopped here on our way to Zion National Park. It looked better than the pictures showed. It was nice and clean. The owners were really nice and accommodating as well.

We chose this property because of its close proximity to Zion and it did not disappoint. This basement apartment is completely separate from the owners’ main home, but it had all the comforts of a well-cared for home. Communication pre-check-in was excellent. The space perfectly met our needs and expectations. The checkout process was clear and very easy. If you plan to visit Zion, definitely consider this property. It truly is a comfortable and quiet place to stay. If we’re ever in the area again we would love to stay here again!

Great place. Nice and cozy!

This is a cute little place tucked just outside of Zion. We choose this place due to its location. The owner was very accommodating to help entertain all age groups. We had books for our 5 year olds and the original Xbox for my boys who are a little older. There was also a kerig like coffee machine, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay very close to Zion. Loved the town

Property was as described and was very neat and clean. It had everything we needed with maybe the exception of a washer dryer (we got caught in a bit of a snowstorm and could have used a place to dry our clothes : ) Lots of room and everything necessary for a comfortable stay!

Renting this property was very straightforward. Communicating with the host is very easy with quick responses.

This apartment was spacious for our group of 4. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. It was a short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Hosts were available but we never had any issues. Great price too!! ( I would think it would have cost more if you asked me after I had stayed there!)

Very quiet and space place for a small family. Convenient to all stores and restaurants etc. Sand Hollow is 15 minutes away and Zion national park is 40 mins

Loved our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable and smelled amazing. Felt so homey, I would definitely stay here again. They had everything you could need and the beds were wonderful. 10/10 recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and the property had everything we needed. It is a beautiful 30 minute drive to Zion National Park. We enjoyed meals at Rooster Run Café that was right down the street. They had great food and reasonable prices.

Great hub for the trip to the parks

Nice home away from home. Location was perfect for easy access to Zion and our scheduled event in Santa Clara. Loved having a kitchen too so we didn't have to eat out all the time. It was just what we needed and the hosts made it super simple for us to be able to come and go as we pleased.

We very much enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean and large enough to host family who lived in the area. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners, who lived above the rental, were very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Everything was as expected.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. There is not much natural lighting, but this wasn’t a problem at all because we went hiking for most of the day and the indoor lighting was great. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Zion (which is about a 45 minute drive away).

The directions to get into the property were perfect. The place is located in a perfect town right near some restaurants and not too far from a Walmart which is just what we needed. The kitchen came equipped with the basic necessities we needed to cook our food and we loved having an island to prepare our food on. The bed was very comfortable, and because this is located in the basement, having almost little to no light coming into the room at night was perfect, we were able to sleep well. I only stayed with one other person and the place was bigger than we had expected. I really enjoyed the HUGE map of the parks on the wall. As we journeyed on to other towns on our trip and stayed in hotels, we always looked back to this VRBO and mentioned how much we missed staying in it. If I ever come back to the Zion area, I hope this place will be available.
