Perfect location, really close to the beach, close to supermarket. Kitchen in the room was perfect, well equipped. Room was spacious.

The pilows were too big, not comfortable.

bathroom very old. Needs to be renovated. It was not pleasant to use it especially the shower. Would be nice to have some coffees and teas in the kitchen.

The hotel is located right next to the beach. There is a place to park your car on the premises and the staff is helpful. The hotel gives a residence card which grants a 10 percent discount for beach rentals.

We rented a standard room and it turned out there was no balcony or terrace or anything of the sort. That wouldn't be a problem if there was at least a laundry rack to hang wet beach towels on to dry. The double bed was moderate in size, to say the least. The room had a kitchen but we had to buy dish soap, sponges and other little things to make it functional.

Excellent location right next to the beach however most of the local beaches are private. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The main beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The air-conditioning worked well.

The shutters and balcony door in our room could not be locked. The room lacked some basic utensils and equipment needed for cooking/cleaning. There was a lot of noise coming from the busy street/road just outside the apartment.

The place was handy for my purpose - travelling by public transport, bus stop 150m from the hotel. My room faced the "main" street plus it is Italian vacation place, so it was a bit noisy. But closed window and air conditioning solved the problem. A 10km long sandy beach 150m across the road. Pisa/Livorno 15 minutes by public bus. As I said - handy for my purpose. Plus very nice staff, including the lovely cleaning lady, cafeterias, ice-cream ..all few metres off.

Very friendly staff, private parking, excellent position right in the center of Tirrenia. We did genuinely enjoy our stay and sincerely recommend this residence.

Literally seafront. Close to many restaurants and cafés. Quite close (half mile) to a little drugstore. On the way to Livorno seaport, very convenient.

The bathroom of my room was really too small.

Very comfortable apartment close to all the beaches and the town center. Very friendly stuff. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. Thinking of coming back here the next year!

Not a lot to do when its not a season.

Great location! Free beaches and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Cute kitchenette and balcony we used for breakfast. Very sound-proof rooms with AC, comfortable beds... and the blinds kept the early sun out ;). We slept very well! Parking for free in the back of the building. Covid-safe! and very nice staff.

Lovely staff! Great Location near the beach.

The location was perfect, the rooms very clean, personal were very friendly, the Kitchen was equipped enough to cook for 2+1family and the price was very reasonable. The room had two huge windows, one with a net for insects and was bright. We even had AC to beat the heat. We got to borrow cycles with a baby seat and went on a small cycle tour to the next small city Levorono. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely recommended this place and would love to visit again. Thank you.

A supporting pole in the middle of the bed was broken but we could still sleep comfortably. Otherwise everything else was just wonderful and friendly.
