Everything was very good. Clean room, comfortable bed. Very good location. A lot of shops and restaurants in this area. Safe parking behind a gate. Very nice owner.

For us, the private parking on premises was the main highlight since we needed a safe place to park our motorcycles. The location is very convenient, as it is just a short walk from the lake, from the train station and from the town centre and it is also easy to find and access from the street. Many cafes and restaurants to choose from. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room has fridge, kettle, microwave - was not important for us since we stayed only 1 night would come handy for longer stays. Very modern bathroom, very clean.

In the bathroom, there is not much space to place your things, maybe a shelf next to the mirror would be nice. Also, there is only one soap/wash gel dispenser next to the sink but none inside the shower cabin. Would be nice also to have someplace there to place the shower/gel bottles. It is close to the train line, sometimes you can hear the trains passing, but at night it was very quiet.

It is in a good location, close but not too close to the railway station and railway (also has private parking), not too far from the beach but not too close either to be anoyed of the loud crowd and loud bass music played on the corso everywhere at night. The location is quiet enough and close to a little grocery (<50m). Only the harbour is a little longer walk, but it is alright. I think it is the optional spot. We had a room in the second building, very spatious, good equipped kitchen, everything there for making a small meal, even dishwashing liquid - which many places forget. Big wardrobe and the AC is effective and useful too. They keep attention to put mosquito net on the windows, which is very mindful of them! It is very comfortable, very clean (except one dump corner in the shower, a tiny one, not a big deal), easy to spend many days there.

The bathroom is surprisingly small considering the size of the room, awkward to move around, I need to lean a little bit to the side when sitting on the toilet because of the paper dispenser. Water leaks on the floor from the shower but the mat is in the way for the door (opening inside of the small bathroom, not outwards, hardly any gap with the floor), difficult to stay dry on the feet after one showered. My towel got smelly just after a single use! I suggest use some stronger detergent or higher temperature to wash as this is very off-putting. Meanwhile, bring your own towels. The walls to the next room are pretty thin, can hear the pipes clearly as well as neighbours discussions. When they have a party - and the town is famous for that - you could have difficulty sleeping. My wife had, the happy girls in the next room kept her awake in one of the nights. I use earplug normally so I was ok. If I may have an other suggestion I'd use a little wider privacy curtain on the windows as the current requires extra care adjusting to the cm not allowing insight from the shared patio area with the next room, which is also open to anyone to enter from the side, however it is sorrounded otherwise, it is in a hidden corner. But at the edges of the windows especially together with the mirror on the wardrobe it reflects the sight into the middle of the room where we dress, a bit oversized curtain is desired.

No coffee machine in the kitchinette. The lady from the reception was too grumpy, but maybe it’s just the Hungarian way.

Great location, very close to the main beach, restaurants, supermarket. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything we needed, it was quite new and clean.

It is on a rather noisy street but hence the central location.

Very clean apartment, location is great and near everything, price is very reasonable, and AC was working well we felt great during our vacation.

Nothing much to mention

Good localization. Near to the center, restaurants, park and train station. Comfortable bed. Towels were changed and the apartment was cleaned on request.

Unfortunately the room was dirty on arrival. Dust has not been wiped in a long time. During the 14-day stay the apartment was cleaned but rather sketchy. In one of the rooms, furniture was falling apart. They should have been repaired or thrown away long ago. Also, there was a problem with card payment in EUR even though the property quotes prices in EUR and says you can pay by card. Tight parking, poor Wi-Fi. We had our bikes and put them on the place indicated by the owners. During our absence, the bicycles fastened together were moved, as a result of which they were damaged.

We had good time there . The good advantage is the really near entrance to beach. Few meters and we can see the Balaton. The next thing is the parking spot a bit tight but free and this is a big advantage. The room was small but has everything what was necessary.
