Service was really friendly, attentive and responsive. Very hard workers.

One bathroom had no walls or shower curtain on the bathtub, that was a bit weird.

The location is the only good thing about this property. It’s directly facing the lake and the breakfast area is charming.

The rooms need major renovation: from the bed, to the couch to the bathroom. Literally everything is super old. When you open the door to the room, you smell the odor of mold and dust. What’s worst is that we made a reservation to a room with queen bed; they sent us to the only room available which was one with 2 single beds. Instead of making up for their mistake, we ended up paying an additional 10€ a night to change rooms to one with a queen bed. They didn’t even apologize. Wifi connection is awful. The room doesn’t have: a safe, tissues, bin, kettle, etc. The room had a nice balcony overviewing the lake but no chairs. The towels were super old and stained. The bathroom wasn’t clean with some hair left on the bath tub from previous travelers. We left a “don’t disturb” sign on the door handle when we left the hotel for a few hours because our stuff were literally everywhere. They ignored the sign and went into the room anyway. They didn’t even replace the towels. They did so when we called them afterwards. The hotel is understaffed; the same person is: the receptionist, concierge and waiter during breakfast and dinner. This hotel is wasted money and we would never return there again.

room has internal door conection with other room. so there was zero privacy especially at night being part of sex life of people next door. you can hear every whisper.

Room very large, breakfast outside with view of lake was great. Hotel has not been updated but then the price would be higher.

The coffee was not great, and the fruit could have been fresh, not only in a salad.

Hotel is really in excellent location. View to lake and mountains is beautiful. If you prefer to stay in hotel with big rooms, this is good choice. Rooms are large enough, you feel that it was luxurious hotel some time ago. Yes, it is not extremely modern, but if you like "nostalgia" and heavy keys instead of plastic card, this is your place. Breakfast was also very good, you can find something for everyone.

We had only one problem - as in Italy, English is sometimes little problem. Finally, we solved everything and we had great time in Europalace. Thanks

It was a bit cold in the room. We tried fixing the heating sensor on the wall up to 23 but still did not work. We were here end of October This is an old fashion hotel, it has its charm. It is simple.

The location is top. We had a beautiful view with 2 small balconies facing the lake. It is close to the restaurants and right on the walking area of the city. The receptionist and the man serving us breakfast were so friendly. The room was very big. 30msq. Parking is free on the right side of the hotel (the white places) and it is very close. 1 minute walking. On the left side there are many parking spaces also but you pay (the blue ones). Ferry boat is 1 minute also from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Spacious rooms with a wonderful view. Good access to the lake for swimming. Breakfast was rich and delicious.

The entire building incl. rooms are quite outdated. Bring ear pluggs for a good night sleep.

We had stayed there before and enjoyed the view, and the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented.

They could have controlled one breakfast diner (inside) who did not wear a mask when entering the breakfast room, walked up to the buffet still without a mask and chatted with the serving attendant. While I understand there can be a moment where one forgets their mask, this guest did it two days in a row.
