The house was in a great location and we enjoyed biking and exploring the island!

Our first impression was "wow"! The property was bigger than the pictures showed. Kitchen, main bedroom, living room and screened in porch on main floor were awesome.
Short walk/bike ride to beach.
Would definitely rent here again.

House is in a great location near the beach and West Beach neighborhoods. Easy to get off and on Island. Nice view over a lagoon. House has very nice floor plan. It was very clean and reasonably equipped. Advertised grill didn’t work and rental staff could not remedy the problem. Overall a positive experience.

House is in a great location near the beach and West Beach neighborhoods. Easy to get off and on Island. Nice view over a lagoon. House has very nice floor plan. Everything was excellent- the only problem I had is that one family member left something there and I called the realtor managing the property and the said they would check asap and call me back. I never heard back from them. I expected them to tell me regardless of if they found it or not. But the property was in excellent condition.

Property was very clean, updated and nicely decorated. Plenty of space to entertain large families. Super easy process from lease agreement thru checkout. Would definitely rent this property again!

This is our second stay on this home in past 4 years. Loved the upgrades. The interior was most open and very accommodating with great flow. Loved the deck. Great respite from our adult children and grandchildren for coffee in the mornings. Good access to beach. Will go back.

My family loved the house! The screened porch was great and the kitchen was beautiful. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and watching the baby alligators in the lagoon. The location of the bedrooms gave everyone privacy. We would definitely recommend this property.
