The staff were friendly and the place met our expectations, we were able to get to every location in the town by foot from the hotel.

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Anything that your body needs for a hike to the Fitz Roy :)
The front desk people were amazing and kind. Both, Santiago and the girl (sorry I don't remember her name) are doing an incredible work

Clean and spacious room, good buffet breakfast with variety of items. Clean property and very friendly staff, always willing to help, in spite of language barrier. Linen and toiletries were provided in adequate quantities. Property very well maintained.
Wi-Fi is only available at the lobby, so need to come out of room to use Wi-Fi. Off located from Main street of the town where most of the restaurants are located (10 min walk), but within walking distance from Main Bus station.

Clean, spacious room. Minimal facilities but ok for trekking vacation. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

Staff (particularly evening staff) were friendly and helpful. The boxed lunches they can provide for the following day are very good. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable.
Breakfast was fine but could have been improved for example if they would serve eggs or something hot. Whilst it is close to the bus station, it is a little bit away from the main restaurant / shop area and the start of the trails - only by 10 mins though so not an issue! It can be a little noisy in the morning when people are leaving for walks.

The staff were lovely. Rooms were super comfy and wow worthy for the price! Also, the breakfast was the nicest one we have had while travelling. Thank you!

Very helpful hosts, spacious rooms, fine breakfast with a nice fruit salad. Very close to the bus station.

We we‘re initially supposed to stay 4 Nights herr but due to the Covid-19 we had to leave after 2 Nights. The management was super flexible and we only had to pay 2 Nights, thank you for that!
It‘s close to the Bus Terminal if you‘re coming by bus

The hosteria/ hotel is relatively new with good location -close to the bus station (walking distance), suitable for couples coming for hiking. New facility, beautiful lobby, good wifi, friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and free. The rooms are quite good and clean, and good bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Overall an excellent experience - value for the money.
One of the front desk staff speaks good english, but the other one cannot speak much English.

Really enjoyed the views and the owner was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was filling and tasty!
