If you want a relaxed and peaceful holiday Villa Chrytsa is for you we have been coming to Cyprus for over 25 years and this gem of a villa is by far the best we have found the facilities and pool are excellent and the villa is very spacious Yiannis and his family our hosts where great and very amenable and always responded to any queries very quickly the figs and grapes where delicious The sandy beach at Maia is a great wee cove 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the villa the local restaurants up in Ayios Theodhoros are great as well overall I cannot recommend this place enough

Great location! All the faxilities needed and great host!

The house is big, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We used the barbecue, kitchen for cooking and we have enjoyed the big outdoor space and the pool. It is a house that makes you want to explore it and the outdoors pool view and sea view extremely relaxing.

The house is just next to the owner’s family house with no fence to separate the places, which makes it a bit uncomfortable but we didn’t have any issues with this. We saw the owner only at day one when he showed us the place and then we had our privacy.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner and the son owner was very polite and helpful, especially the son came 3 times to ask if we wanted anything. The area is really good and beach is very close.

Firstly, the house next to is pretty close and it has open access to the villa. There is no privacy at all as the fence is too short and there is not any gate too. Also, the very first night of our stay, the wife of the owner came and shouting to us because she couldn't sleep and she said we did not show any respect. Although, we did not make any noise. We were 12 people talking outside..

My wedding guests stayed at this beautiful place and they absolutely loved it! Everything was perfect for them! And the owner is really friendly. And there was the sweetest cat of the whole island - he was a ginger cat and we called him Harry! He was a great addition.

Haven't heard any complaints from anyone.
