Komplex i apartmán již něco pamatují, ale ostatní věci toto vykompenzovaly. Komunikace a předání klíčů rychlé. Bazén v areálu se zahradou + kavárna, vlakové nádraží pár metrů, obchod blízko, několik restaurací kolem, pláž pár minut chůze.

We had a few problems with condo that Claudia immediately resolved. She and her team of Matilde, Rita and Jose were terrific! We were a short walk away from the beach. Loved cafe downstairs and its chocolate cake. Hope to return and stay even longer!

Only disappointment, which was not the fault of Claudia and her team was that the rooftop was under repair.

Great location. Train station 2 mins walk around the corner on the line to Cascais and Lisbon. Beautiful pool and garden. Apartment has view of the sea and the sunset, it is very well-equipped with a great kitchen and amenities, rooms are spacious, the hosts have thought of everything!

Large apartment. Comfortable bed. Two balconies . Very close to São Pedro do Estoril station. The beach is also nearby. The kitchen facilities are good.

Dirty windows when I arrived. I had to clean them. Given that there is a 62€ cleaning charge that is particularly  unsatisfactory. Some windows have damaged glass, which limited the view. The busy road nearby somewhat spoils the balcony experience. It also needs to be crossed to get to the beach.   Most shutters and some windows are not working. Sink plug in Bathroom not working. The shower was not working. Not hot enough. Heater in Bathroom loose, so it either pointed at the ceiling when up or prevented the door opening when down. Light on the hob hood was not working. The washing machine instructions seemed to refer to a different model as there was  No start button visible on the machine. A Random selection of buttons manages to start the machine, but that changes the original setting.  Clothes could be damaged. Also it is very hard to access to put in the clothes. I had to take a picture of the controls in order to read them. Air conditioning did not work. It was cold in the apartment. An extra heater was supplied halfway through the stay. Many refurbishments are needed. Windows, shutters, the bathroom sink is much too low. Sofa is very low and uncomfortable.  Sitting down on it often causes the wooden supporting slats to fall out.

Great location. Lovely pool and garden. Spacious rooms. Good amenities and restaurants close by.

Shower could be better. Hot water is a bit of a dribble.

Quiet, lovely pool area, very clean apt, near beach. Train station around the corner and very cheap and easy to get around.

Bar/restaurant on site closed for two wks.

Nice apartment suitable for a family of 4. Nice poolarea. Near the train. Easy to go to Lisboa and Cascais. Would love to come again.

It would have ben nice to have 2 keyes for the apartment.
