Great location in central Cannes! Restaurants and clubs abound, and you are 5 minutes from the beach or the train. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing - no surprises. The property manager Bettina was very helpful and responsive, working with us to arrange last minute check-in when our rental in Nice fell through. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Cannes.

Great location, great host, great price

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few moments from the Croisette. Its in a very secure apartment block which has a lovely little garden in the centre. You can just see the sea from one of the terraces. The flat was clean and very well equipped. The art works are a little dated/quirky, but the bathrooms and kitchen are lovely and modern. Only challenge I can see is having just one toilet if there are more than 4 of you.

Wonderful time!! Great place!!

Bettina, our host, was really helpful and easy to reach through our whole process. Spacious and well-appointed apartment for our group of 3 adults. Two separate showers were smart and they worked well. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was great but we didn't use it because there are tons of great restaurants and cafes abound. The water is a block away and top shopping is 2 blocks away. The location is really excellent and it's wonderful to have a garage - driving in and out is not for the faint of heart but it's so unusual to actually have a place to park a car. If you don't have a car, the apartment is only about a 6 minute walk from the train station and buses. From picture we did think the building would be less modern but then, we probably wouldn't have had parking or and elevator.

What a perfect stay. From the moment we were greeted by the lovely Bettina we knew we had chosen well. The apartment could not have been better located for our stay with the Palais dear Festivals 3 mins away, a fantastic supermarket 2 mins away and so many choices of cafes, shops and pattiseries close by. The area was safe to walk around at all times and peaceful. Wifi was great and all amenities suited us perfectly. While this was a mixture or work and holiday we hope to return next year with our wives so they to can experience what we haven't stopped talking about since returning home. Thank you Bettina for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is immaculate! It's centrally located to the beaches, attractions, dining and shopping. I'll rent it again in the future.

Location location denne skønne lejlighed havde den perfekte beliggenhed mellem stranden samt rue d'antibes, super centralt til alting . Lejligheden var super rent, havde gode senge, godt wifi, samt tre terrasser, der var masser af porcelæn samt bestik. Meget veludstyret med alt det man skal bruge i dagligdagen . Værtinde Bettina var meget hjælpsom samt hurtig til at svare, kan kun anbefales at booke lejligheden ved hende alt var tiptop. Håber vi ses igen i 2018.

Great apartment, good space for families..we would stay there again. Bettina was a great host and accomodated our needs as a family with kids. Highlights: location is perfect, well equipped kitchen, strong shower water pressure, beautiful sunshine in. Downside: - living room decor and furniture was a bit outdated. - the toilet was in a separate from the shower rooms.

Bereits zum dritten Mal haben wir unsere Ferien im Le Nostalgique verbracht. Es war wiederum alles perfekt. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und der Empfang durch Bettina so herzlich, man kommt sich vor wie ein König. Einfach das ultimative Appartement für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder! Keine Frage. Ein Tipp: unbedingt Garagenplatz gleich dazu mieten. Besser kann man es mit dem Auto nicht haben. Kleine Einschränkung: Auto sollte nicht zu gross sein. Mehr kann man nicht sagen, einfach nur vom Urlaub träumen und sich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt freuen.

The apartment is located in an ideal area. Everything is in walking distance: Beach, Sights, Shopping, Restaurants and Bars. Even a small sea view from one of the three balconies is there. Bedrooms are pretty calm thanks to two windows! Air conditioning! Reception and Departure have been perfectly organized! Thank you!

Comfortable with good en-suite facilities for both bedrooms. we are in Cannes for work and have booked this apartment 4 years in a row, we always find is a convenient and pleasant place to stay. It has all you need for a easy, relaxed stay in Cannes.

Unless you are wanting the heart of Old Town (only a 5 minute walk) you can't find a more convenient and well-maintained place to stay. Bettina was very accommodating re our arrival and departure, and all of the information she provided was spot on. Major pluses were: steps from Rue d'Antibe, secure building, lift, and reliable wi-fi. We would definitely stay here again.

Liebe Bettina, es ist immer wieder schön in "unsere" super ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Cannes zu fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den nahen Strand und die guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....

This flat is in a great location; close to the fancy shops, the local shops, the beach, the train station, the markets, restaurants and everything in between! We parked our car in the garage on day 1 and practically left it there the entire time (which is great because traffic and narrow streets in Cannes can make it challenging sometimes!). The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids); Bettina was very responsive from the very beginning and throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here (like a local) and peruse the posh streets of Cannes!

Flott beliggenhet midt i Cannes med kort vei til alt. Veldig fin leilighet for oss 5. Koselig hjørnebalkong som vi brukte blant annet til frokost. דירה מקסימה במרכז העניינים של קאן, מרחק של פחות מדקה הליכה מהטיילת וממש במרכז של העיר, קרוב לאיפה שמתקיים פסטיבל הסרטים. הדירה מצויידת בכל מה שצריך. זוגתי ואני בילינו בדירה שבועיים ונהננו מכל רגע! בדירה שלוש מרפסות, מטבח מאובזר, סלון מפנק ו-2 חדרי שינה עם שירותים ומקלחת צמודים. בעלת הדירה היתה ממש נחמדה וסובלנית, שמחה לעזור ולתת לנו טיפים לטיולים באיזור. גולת הכותרת של הדירה הזו היא המיקום - בלב איזור מרכז העיר השוקק, מרחק של פחות מדקה מחוף הים, מהטיילת, בלב איזור של פאבים, מסעדות ומועדונים ואפילו קרוב לשוק מקומי. בחיים לא היינו בדירה שממוקמת כל כך טוב! לישראלים שמתכננים טיול או חופשה בריביירה הצרפתית, אנחנו ממליצים בחום שהבסיס יהיה קאן - זו עיירה תוססת שממוקמת בדיוק בלב הריביירה, בסיס מצויין לצאת ממנו לטיולים וגם להרגע בו על חוף הים. אחלה עיר לבלות בה, להרגע בה, וגם לצאת ממנה למקומות נפלאים כמו סן טרופז, מונקו, אנטיבה ופרובאנס ההררית. מומלץ!

Siamo ritornati al Le Nostalgique dopo un mese: è troppo fantastico. Lo consigliamo davvero per un piacevole soggiorno a Cannes! E complimenti ancora a Bettine che come la volta scorsa, ha saputo accontentarci rendendo disponibile l'appartamento con sole poche ore di anticipo rispetto al nostro arrivo. GRAZIE!!!

A wonderful experience in Bettina's immaculate apartment. Perfectly located with everything we needed to have a great trip in Cannes.

We came during Christmas with our 18 month old baby and Bettina had prepared everything needed: a wonderful baby-bed with changing table and polar blankets. Also a high chair and plastic cuttlery. She even surprised us all with a self decorated christmas tree! It was a delight to see our daughters amazed eyes. Thank you Bettina, this made LE NOSTALGIQUE a home away from home. How very thoughtful of you. The apartment was clean and bright and very confortable. Also central and everything was in walking distance. The car park on level -2 was so very useful to have. Very easy to get laguage and push-chair up to the apartment. We had a couple of rainy days and were pleasantly surprised to find 4 umbrellas in the waredrobes. LE NOSTALGIQUE is unique, really. It has been very well furnished and with a lot of taste. The theme is "Cannes and its stars", great idea. The apartment is bright and spotless. We came for the LIONS congress and invited our new contacts to our apartment as it was so central and also to "show off"... We will definately come back for a holiday. This place is great for friends sharing but also for families with teenagers or small kids. No car is needed since one can't be more central. Thanks Irene for your very warm welcome. We will be back!
