La casa è a due passi dal centro di Noto, con un meraviglioso terrazzo, pulita e ben arredata. Molto consigliato

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und haben uns für unsere kleinen Kinder gerne Kinderbett und -stuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Dachterrasse ist bei gutem Wetter fantastisch! Die Küche hätte ein klein wenig besser ausgestattet sein können (wobei die wesentlichen Gegenstände zur Verfügung standen und uns die Vermieter auf Nachfrage weitere Gegenstände gegeben haben) und die Matratze eines der Betten war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung, sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in Notos Fußgängerzone, wobei die Wege nicht immer kinderwagenfreundlich sind (wofür die Wohnung natürlich nichts kann). Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe ist völlig unproblematisch. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Si impone, in particolare, la cura dei dettagli: utensileria da cucina, un utilissimo mobiletto in entrata, lo spazio in bagno, una terrazza stupenda. I proprietari sono puntuali, seri, organizzati. E la pulizia è da dieci e lode.

The owners were so kind and helpful, even though there was a language gap; we found a way to understand each other. Great house, with an amazing roof terrace - home produced limoncellos, home grown almonds, cake and local wine - enhanced our stay. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles da, was man braucht, und die Vermieter antworten auch während des Aufenthalts sehr schnell auf alle Fragen. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Vielen Dank, wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

Many thanks for your gentle hospity. We enjoyed our stay in Noto. The appartement was new, very clean, and spazious and very close to the city. The great terrasse with view was also very comfortible . Alessandra ist a very recommandible host.

Nicht zu übertreffende Aussicht von der großen mediterranen Terrasse. Gutausgestattete, neuwertige Wohnung in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Wundervolle Wohnung mit großer Terrasse, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter

Soggiornare 14 giorni a Noto ad agosto e riuscire a trovare un appartamento ben arredato, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, e in una zona tranquilla, lontano dai rumori, non è facile. E parlando della casa non si può dimenticare il terrazzo, grande con gazebo e tavola per pranzare e sdraio per prendere il sole e "piccolo salottino" sotto l'ombrellone. Quando lo vedete vi sentite già in vacanza e immaginatevi intenti ad assaporare le prelibatezze siciliane e le mandorle che il gentilissimo sig.Spinello vi mette a disposizione insegnandovi anche come romperle. Non mi è mai capitato di lasciare con nostalgia un posto ma sarà stata la bellezza di Noto, l'ospitalità e la disponibilità del sig. Spinello, ma ora che sono a Torino rimpiango già i profumi e i sapori di quella stupenda terra. Grazie e spero arrivederci.

Diese Wohnung können wir 100 % weiter empfehlen. Sie ist neu, sehr modern eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und sollte etwas fehlen, sind die Gastgeber in Parterre hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Total super fanden wir die riesengrosse Terrasse mit dem Blick auf Noto. Auch hier alles sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, entsprechend den Bildern. Für die Freundlichkeit und die Liebenswürdigkeit der GASTGEBER müssen wir uns ganz besonders herzlich bedanken. Es ist ruhig und angenehm im Haus, wir fühlten uns sicher und konnten unsere täglichen Unternehmungen ganz relaxed durchführen. Noto ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis. Die Stadt selbst bietet einige Sehenswürdigkeiten (Information liegt in der Wohnung) und viele nette Restaurants und Cafes in kleinen Gassen, u.a. ist das Meer schnell mit einem Auto zu erreichen. Ein gemütliches Städtchen! Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sizilien und waren erstaunt über die vielen Grünzonen (geeignet für Wanderungen siehe Anapo-Schlucht) im Hinterland von Noto. Das große Naturschutzgebiet "Riserva Naturale Vendicari" in Richtung Marzamemi im Süden sollte man sich unbedingt ansehen. Fazit: wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl, diese Wohnung zu nehmen. Nochmals mille grazie an die Familie Spinello! Bruni und Peter ( Umkreis von Düsseldorf )

A friend and I just spent four wonderful days based out of Alessandra's apartment in Noto. We cannot say enough good things about the apartment, the communication, and the city. The photos in the listing are quite accurate. The bedrooms are comfortable, the shower high tech and excellent, and the terrace comfortable, well-furnished, and with sunset views. You can tell great care was taken in the renovation of the flat. Everything seems brand new. We did not meet Alessandra but her parents (who live downstairs) greeted us warmly and responded immediately when we had questions about anything. There was coffee and an espresso machine on the counter and milk, juice, water, and wine in the refrigerator when we arrived. Giuseppe (Alessandra's dad) left us a basket of almonds and showed us how to crack them open on an old tree stump on the patio. (Warning, he's an expert; what looked easy when he did it was a bit more challenging to us!) There is easy parking right out front and the apartment is about a ten minute walk from the center of the main street (Corso Umberto). We would definitely stay again.
