This property is close to the sea and a short walk to stores for provisions. The walk to the promenade is also manageable. Every room has a cute deck attached, and a safe is provided for your valuables. Be prepared to get toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwasher and laundry detergent for yourselves, because they are not provided. The management is very prompt with requests, advice, etc.

With all the temporary lockdowns of Spring 2021, we preferred Food Delivery (Yemeksepeti) almost all the time and experimented with different cuisine and restaurants across Fethiye (max 30-40 min preparation & delivery at a very reasonable & transparent pricing). If you want to explore Fethiye and other places nearby, we would recommend renting a car (at least for a part of your stay).

All 3 bedrooms having an ensuite (plus an additional downstairs toilet) was really useful for our family of 5. The air conditioning worked very well, although the wi fi was a bit spotty. I would say there is not enough warm water for everyone to have a warm shower in the evening, but it was very hot weather, and we did not object too much to having a cold shower! The area is lovely - Calis beach has lots of great, good value restaurants. Although the villa is at the very end of Calis beach, its only about 8 minutes walk to get into the strip with the beach and restaurants. The Wonderbeach club is about 5 minutes away and is a good place to spend the day and have lunch. We had a lovely day out at Oludeniz (including a paragliding trip over the lagoon) and the highlight was our boat trip round the bays, with lunch. I don't think Fethiye is walking distance, but we took a water taxi there during the day, which made a very nice trip.

The Villa was a lovely place to stay and the location was excellent, the management team were very helpful. One of the sun Loungers was broken when we arrived and they replaced it immediately. The location is good, with a local market 2 minutes walk away, bars, restaurants and the beach the same. The 3 pools were clean and the grounds in the complex well looked after, the only drawback with our nearest pool was that there is quite a busy road running past it, so it could do with a bit of screening off, but you could go to the other 2 if that bothered you. It is a brilliant place to stay if you have any mobility issues, as it is completely flat and easy to get around. The Villa itself is well maintained and has everything you need for a lovely holiday, it has a safe, sunny and shady balconies, a nice terrace with table and chairs, that in September is shady, that is lovely to get away from the hot Sun and have lunch and a drink. The top roof terrace has views of the sea, and is really sunny. I can't recommend this villa highly enough. We had a fantastic time there

We had a lovely 10 day stay. Nice spacious villa with three bathrooms which for a family of 6 was great. Great communal pools. On site management, security and maintenance teams also helpful. Waking distance of beach, promenade and good access to Fethiye. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely complex of around 40 town house style villas. Beautifully clean inside and out and the grounds, pools and pathways were very well maintained. The accommodation itself had everything you would need. Three very good sized rooms, all en suite and each having its own balcony. We would return to Calis Beach and this complex again. The property is at the top end of the main strip but there are plenty of Dolmus to take you back and forth to avoid the heat, but the long promenade is a delight with plenty of really good restaurants and bars. Our favourite was the Sunset restaurant. Overall a fantastic holiday.

We are a family with one child and we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Calis, Fethiye. The villa is part of a nice, very well kept and secure compound. The property is extremely clean and very well equipped. The terrace at the back of the property and the proximity of a small swimming pool which was ours for almost the entire stay are excellent features. You can easily go to the beach which is 5 minutes walking as well as to little shops and all kinds of restaurants and cafes. The communication with Afshan on the internet and with Ugur at check in and check out was very good. A property that we definitely recommend and we hope we may return to.

Комплекс расположен в минуте ходьбы от моря с песчано-галечным пляжем и нескольких минутах ходьбы от минимаркетов, в которых есть самые основные продукты, отличной лавки с овощами и фруктами и также небольших кафешек. Остановка местного небольшого автобуса прямо у выхода из комплекса. Дом представляет собой таунхаус в три этажа, на первом этаже туалет и кухня-гостинная с выходом на волшебную террасу, на которой мы завтракали, обедали и ужинали с видом на зеленую лужайку и один из бассейнов. На территории комплекса расположено несколько бассейнов, но мы проводили все время в бассейне, до которого можно пройти 10 шагов по траве прямо от заднего двора. Было ощущение, что это наш частный бассейн и дети были в восторге от него! В каждой спальне есть свой туалет, душ, кондиционер и балкон, что было очень удобно для нашей семьи. На открытой террасе, которая всегда была в тени примерно до 17:00, есть прекрасное барбекю, где мы часто готовили наш ужин. Это прекрасный, очень удобный, чистый и красивый дом, в котором мы провели незабываемый отпуск. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще раз и всем рекомендуем здесь остановиться и получить такое же удовольствие от отдыха как мы! Spotlessly clean lovely 3 floor apartment in a great location with access to all you would need on holiday. We enjoyed our stay here so much. With its breathtaking position, located near Calis beach, this luxury villa offers exceptional accommodation with nice pool to the rear of the apartment. The living room leads to the garden and pool, a beautiful setting. The apartment itself is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, linen etc. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning and balcony, which was very convenient for our family. Great barbecue area on the terrace where we had our dinner almost every day. To the sand-and-shingle beach 1 minute walk with 3 kids. Near the complex there is a bus stop and small shops and cafes. The property management company were amazing, Ugur gave us lots of advice and were always on hand to help. A great place to stay. We had the best time and are looking forward to staying there again.

We stayed in September 2018. This was a fantastic villa, very spacious and spotlessly clean. Ugur was lovely and was there to meet us on arrival. The villa had everything we needed, it has 3 floors with 2 en-suite rooms with balconies on the first floor and a 3rd en-suite room with balcony on the top floor, all had amazing views. Our group of 6 adults had a fab time. One of the pools was just a few yards away and we had this to ourselves, but even the main pool was pretty quiet. The complex was lovely and peaceful but just a short walk from the lively promenade (The Strip) with plenty of restaurants, bars and gift shops. Everything we needed was within walking distance but right outside the front gate was a bus stop and taxi rank (press the yellow button on the lamppost to call taxi). We never waited more than a few minutes for a bus, which were fairly new and comfortable. Afshan was so helpful, communications were 5 star, with a helpful guide, sent by email, just before our holiday with lots of useful info. We had a lovey holiday and regretted not booking for longer!

Our party had 4 adults, 2 10 year olds and a very nearly 2 year old. Plenty of room for all of us and the villa was nicely presented. About 20 yards from the pool through beautiful gardens and not much more than 200 yards from the beach. And just a little further away, the promenade at Calis Beach with all of it's bars and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again. Thanks to Afshan, Ugur and the staff around the gardens.

Our stay was lovely and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We were impressed with the villa, it was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the Turkish deco too. It had everything there we needed including books, games and dvds. The side nearest pool was ideal, it felt very private. There was also a bigger pool close by, which we very much enjoyed. The area also felt very safe and the fact that we were so close to the local life was great. There were lots of Turkish families camping and bathing in the beautiful warm sea. The beach was very close to the villa too. We became friendly with one of the local restaurants who served amazing Turkish breakfast and tasty fresh pizzas straight from the oven. There were so many attractions too and the owner – Afshan – gave us great tips on what to do. We bought great local products at nearby Sunday market in Calis. We loved the fish market in Fethiye and the Turkish bath. We ventured out to the acqualand, we did horse riding on the beach and even travelled by ferry to Rhodes, Greece for the day. All trips were available from the Calis high street stands, a short bus ride away from the villa. We would definitely recommend this property and this area in Turkey. The owner and the local agent was very helpful from the moment of making on-line reservation, they also arranged airport transfers for us, which was great help.

Enjoyed our stay at this villa very much. Is well equipped and clean and cosy. We were received by the resort team and shown into our holiday home that has beautiful gardens. It has good transport links with the local bus virtually has a stop 10 yards from this resort. The place would benefit from upgrade of hot water system as it ran out after 2 persons showered( we were seven in our party). Would recommend it may likely will revisit again ourselves

Absolutely beautiful, highly recommended spotlessly cleaned, friendly maintenance staff very helpful. If you have a wheelchair this apartment complex is ideal as is the surrounding areas. We will definitely be returning. Many thanks Diane and family

Calis Villa provides ideal family or group accommodation. It is set in a very attractive development, which has large and small swimming pools, one just a few steps away from the villa’s marble terrace, which is shaded during the heat of the day. The lovely gardens are very well stocked and maintained. The villa is only a few minutes’ walk from Calis Beach, where the water is warm and where turtles were swimming at the time of our visit in July 2016. The location is excellent for touring the Turkish Riviera with its magnificent scenery. The ancient ruins of Tlos and Xanthos, the imposing canyon at Saklikent and the beautiful beach at Patara are all within striking distance. There are many and varied restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa, notably Oben, a five minute walk away and Bella Mama’s on the promenade walking route to Fethiye. Afshan couldn’t have been more helpful and the local agent, Ugur (pronounced “Oor”), was always available within the development or via text to help with any queries that we had. I would not hesitate to visit again and very much hope to do so in the future.

Just returned from the Seaside complex after a very enjoyable 9 days ,one of the nicest places we have stayed and would certainly recommend it. Very quiet but only a few minutes walk from shops bars and restaurants and the beach and the owners couldn't have been more helpful

Not only the apartment was faultless but the complex its self was lovely and clean and well maintained . Thanks to Afshan we didn't have any problems finding the apartment Everything was wonderful. The property is very nicely furnished with everything you need to make your stay a home from home. We took all our meals on the terrace in front of the spacious living-room. The garden and pool area are delightful, with areas both in the sun and the shade, all day. The property is not far away from Fetiye where you will find boats for days out, shopping and restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets within a short walk. In Fetiye life is running slowly and more authentic than in other places on Lycian coast. The Climate at the end of September is ideal, and we are hoping to return next year - I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Great holiday - spacious, well-maintained and spotlessly clean apartment. 3 generous bedrooms with recently renovated en-suite and sea-view balconies. Seaside complex opposite beach which conveniently is also the stop for the local dolmus (mini-buses) and where turtles come to lay their eggs. 3 large swimming pools in beautifully maintained gardens with exotic flowers (hibiscus, bougainvillea, cannas) and tropical fruits. Walk or cycle along the promenade to fascinating Fethiye - an evening favourite with lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The sea is close enough to be heard from anywhere on the property, including the private outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue, and adds to the feeling of peace and relaxation. Can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seaside. I've been coming to Calis Beach for 7 years and this is the nicest property we've stayed in; 3 good bedrooms all en-suite - so no drawing straws for the best room! Great views from the roof terrace and other balconies. Choice of swiming pools. Plenty of shops close by. The property is well placed for the end of the main promenade and some good restaurants. Also close to the Dolmus station if you don't want to walk into Calis. It is also quite a short walk to the Surf Beach (keep going past Sunset Development) which is the best beach in calis and where part of Skyfall was filmed. I would certainly book here again. f .

Having recently returned from Calis for the 4th time I had to write this review about sea side residence and in particular the villa we stayed in . As said we have stayed in calis before a few times and always enjoyed it , Calis is a lovely warm and friendly resort, laid back if you want it, and lively if you need it! Afshan`s apartment was clean tidy and well arranged, with everything you could need, it is situated at the quiet end of the strip which is perfect , Have your night out and take a beech front five minute stroll back to the piece and quiet of the villa for a night cap on the terrace. the apartments have numerous pools dotted around the complex so you can always find a quiet spot to swim in the sun or read in the shade, most important of all is the help and good communications we received through out the whole booking process, I will soon be contacting the owners for my next trip to this wonderful apartment and resort, thank you for all your help.

We stayed in this fabulous spacious 3 bed-roomed villa set over three floors with access to 3 communal swimming pools and outstanding landscaped gardens. The accommodation was extremely comfortable with the kitchen (which is fitted with all the mod-cons and more!), living and patios areas on the ground floor. All bed rooms are on suite and have their own balconies. The accommodation is also just a stone’s throw from the sea and the nearest pool. So, if you want to relax, enjoy the sun and forget about all your troubles then look no further. All in all a great deal - luxury and value for money in one package! Calis is charming resort with many local restaurants and shops just around the corner from the Seaside Residence. Also a very short Dolmus (public transport) ride to explore Fethiye, local markets and many other attractions. Fethiye harbour is breathtaking and best enjoyed sipping freshly squeezed juices form a nearby cafe. Shopping is great with eye-catching lighting, jewellery and sweet shops intermingled with the scent of herbs and spices. Local markets are a must to pick up some great bargains. In addition to fruits, vegetables, spices, bags, jewellery there's a whole section of lovely food. The pancakes are very tasty and a must have if you're a little peckish. Enjoy your holiday!
