Short time for a breakfast.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was huge and had a very comfy bed. The bar was great. I didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.

no restrooms at bar/restaurant floor, had to go either downstairs to pool level or take elevator to own room, awkward! Breakfast a little overpriced.

We were surprised that the reception did not communicate well in English and despite the promise that there would be sheets and bathrobes in the sauna, second TERRIBLE surprise was bar lady which closed bar at 22:30 saying there are no guests, two seated and we got there. On reception nobody to solve it, just security guy.. Even in lift it is said till 1:00. In the morning our comply was taken like "hmm ok we will tell someone". Third surprise BED BUGS, we were bitten by, even room looked cleaned.

The hotel was advertised as free parking but we had to pay 12 euros No coffee making facilities in room.

Check in at 3pm is too late considering you’re taking a long ride there and then figure out that you need to wait another 3 hours to be able to check in.

Quiet, great location, friendly staff, and good breakfast (real maple syrup is always a win). I like that they have the lights in the room set up so all the controls are right by the bed. And I appreciate the large sign facing the river that made it easy to find at night.

The breakfast is good, but quite expensive. Internet was a little spotty in my room, but not terrible.
