location, near train station but too far fr downtown

too small, raining no extra umbrellas, i rewuested for extra pilloes, the front desk says no extra pillows

The staff were so helpful and welcoming (special mention for Jamie!) Rooms were small but well-equipped and comfortable. The best aspect was having access to the lounge area on the second floor next to reception where we could eat and serve ourselves free soft drinks, coffee and snacks. Having three kids with us, we found this a real advantage! The hotel is well-located too, near two MRT stations. with a 7-Eleven and Family Mart downstairs and the night market just down the road.

We knew the room had no window when we booked but still found it made the room slightly claustrophobic.

Great location, very friendly staff, comfy and cozy room. Love everything about Via Loft, will definitely return again.

Some of the cookies in the snack bar could be replaced, but we enjoyed the 24 hrs coffee.

The bathroom sink has some mold around it and the sound proof is a bit poor.

Communal area with free flow of drinks, coffee, tea and snacks. Also the simple breakfast option - toast and buns. The room is also very spacious compared to other rooms in Taipei. Very well designed layout and toilet/shower area was big and very practical. Comfy beds too! Special thanks to staff member - Vivi, at reception who was very friendly sharing some nice food places to go around the area etc. She was very patient and helped us post out some postcards too!

We were a bit unlucky with the room. Got a room that was right in front of the communal area which was a little noisy. Shower glass door have a hole in its seal hence some water leakage - but wasn't too much of a problem.

the location of the hotel, it is very convenient. only few mins walk to train station
