The room and house were very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the location was very central to everything I needed (public transport, restaurants, lake, and shops). Additionally, the communication with the staff was straightforward, on time, and very clear.

Location and value for money.

We liked everything about the place. The price was good and it was very cozy. Comfortable beds and there was everything that we needed.

Nothing, we were satisfied.

Increadibly cozy and clean. The bed is straight up cloud nine. Everything is arranged so you and staff don't bother each other. Location is good - it's inbetween of everything. I went by foot to every site of interest: old town, promenade, cathedral, Zeppelin museum and even Dornier museum, which is in the airport only 2.8km away.

It only lacked kettle, I hope they fixed it)

Location is really fine, close to the city center, or to the train station, even the beach is relatively close. The bed was really really comfortable. The staff very friendly, and solved everything. There is elevator. Heating was fine (we were in November)

The room was a little bit smelly, and everything a little bit retro.

The location is perfect, nearby the boulevard.

A bit noisy but that’s because of the people walking by outside. Earplugs in and you sleep comfortable.

Great location to the city.

All was well.

Only one tiny thing: warning about check- in procedure came shortly before I arrived. I'm not looking at email at that point. So very confused when I couldn't find an office. But quickly resolved with phone call, no problem.

Noisy place: railway is very close to the building and trains are running quite often. Over the night some drunk people were shouting on the street.

Bianca was an amazing host. Communication was great, we had no issues on check-in or during our stay. We never met her in person, but she made sure we had everything we needed. The room is spacious, bright, well-ventilated, and welcoming. There's also a balcony, perfect for warmer days. The property has very useful facilities, like lift, parking, and a shared kitchen. Location was great, close to the lake, restaurants, shops, etc.

Wifi was weak depending where you were in the room.

The location was good. It is very close to the center, bus station and ferry.

I would prefer to have the kitchen in the room but not a big issue. The common kitchen is also quite useful.
