The hotel has complete amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast, basic buffet meal but my family and I liked it. The room was spacious and bathroom with bath tub which is little dated yet very clean. Wifi with fast connection. Receptionists and waiters were very accommodating. We loved playing the billiards and excersing at the gym though some equipments were not working.

Beds were squirky, too low. My son said their bed was too hard, they wanted it soft and comfortable. I can hear noises from the road inside our room. Card lock was not working, but it doesn't affect me well as the aircon and lights cannot be turned off automatically. TV was not working. Elevator was under replacement and maintenance so we need to use stairs (which is healthy 😉).

Breakfast buffet is what i like. Staffs are accommodating and approachable.

Windows from the room we stayed at can be opened. There's a gap, its cannot be locked. Double lock from the door is useless. Something is biting from the bed too, aircon dsnt cool much maybe because of the window gap.
