A spacious, airy apartment with a lovely spacious balcony and nice communal pool. Bosco was waiting when we arrived to show us around and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble and he asked us not to hesitate in contacting him with any questions. His wife Maria sent through local recommendations of restaurants which were useful. The apartment itself is modern and very nicely furnished, with fast WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen. The front is around a 10-minute walk away, the port an additional 5 minutes or so and the Arenal can be walked in under 30 minutes. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay, we highly recommend!

Bosco and Maria were lovely people really made us very welcome nothing was to much bother to them the apartment was 5 star spotless clean great location 10 minutes walk to the harbour 15 to the old town no need for a car will be going back next year

Lovely property with everything as described. A spacious, modern and stylish apartment, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Immaculate and spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, with everything you could want for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Underground parking an added bonus. Located within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Maria and Bosco are excellent hosts, and both extremely helpful at each stage of our stay. We've just returned from a week at this fabulous Javea apartment & I have nothing but positive feedback. From our initial enquiry Maria & Bosco were extremely helpful & demonstrated a genuine desire to ensure we got the most from our holiday. Maria met us on arrival and showed us around and also provided restaurant recommendations and information about the local area. Although we didn't need it, I felt reassured that she & Bosco were so obviously willing & available to assist with any queries that we might have had. The apartment itself is immaculate, spotlessly clean & stylishly decorated. It is a rare treat, in my experience, for the reality to exceed the expectations. My husband & I and our 15-year old daughter & 18-year old son had everything we needed; not least a strong & reliable WiFi! The aircon was excellent and ensured we all got a comfortable night's rest; the communal pool was large & perfect for just cooling off or swimming lengths with a separate toddler pool; it was warm yet refreshing and never over-crowded. There is plenty of space to sunbathe & the communal areas are secure as is the underground parking. The balcony, which overlooks the pool & garden, is spacious & shaded with delightful & comfortable furniture. The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the beaches; the sandy El Arenal beach in one direction and the pebbly beach, port & Old Town in the other direction; all within a reasonable walking distance. There is a really nice Aldi store selling fresh bread as well as an 'Overseas' supermarket stocking Waitrose goods within a few hundred yards. Javea is also ideally situated if you want to explore slightly further afield & visit the local water & theme parks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to be able to return in the future.

This is a fantastic apartment which the owners have equipped to a very high standard. I stayed with my wife and three children late June early July and had a great time. The apartment has everything you need and more and is furnished very tastefully, a real home from home. The Air con is brilliant keeping the whole apartment cool when needed and the communal pool is large and clean and rarely is busy. The underground parking is also a real bonus. Javea is a beautiful place and is ideal for families off all ages with plenty going and a fantastic choice of bars and restaurants from the traditional to high end. There is lots within walking distance, and taxis are plentiful and reasonable should you require. The owners are very friendly and on hand to offer advice if needed. I can not recommend this apartment highly enough. Thanks for a great stay

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful apartment , owned by our gracious hosts Maria and Bosco. The place was absolutely superb. We had everything we needed and it was a great location 5 mins walk to old port and maybe 15 min walk to Old town. Stone beach with excellent beach bar/restaurants less than 5 minute walk. Sandy beach Arenal was only 5 mins by car. Aldi and 2 other large supermarkets within 100 meters perfect! Great WIFI and air conditioning, really well equipped Kitchen, lovely bathrooms, smart TV and comfy beds. Great spacious balcony overlooking lovely pool. Balcony only got morning sun. Great location, great apartment, close to everything, in a nice complex, with helpful owners, what more could you want? We will definitely be back!!

Our Party of 6 Adults have just returned from a week's stay in Bosco and Maria 's Apartment.in Javia Spain. The Apartment itself is superb. Everything is in place for the use of !! The complex is nice with good security. The Pool is great , large enough for a good swim although very cold as was only April ...3 of our party did go in for a swim though and they loved it 🏊�🏊� ..Bosco and Maria the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We have just returned from a wonderful week at Maria and Bosco’s apartment.Right from the moment we first made the booking,they have been prompt and helpful with arrangements and enquiries. Bosco was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys. The apartment was spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels were of excellent quality. We loved the stylish interior and the terrace was spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and they had thought of many extras to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment itself has a useful underground car park space but it’s a very easy walk to the old town and the port area. Aldi supermarket directly next door is very convenient to pick up shopping. There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance as well. Can’t recommend this place to stay highly enough. Thank you so much Bosco and Maria,I’m sure we will be back!!

This 3 bedroom apartment in Javea was perfect for our winter break proving very comfortable for a family of four. It was spotlessly clean, full of modern appliances and gadgets and, crucially for the 15 and 12 year old boys, it had a Smart TV (Netflix / You Tube etc) and a strong wifi signal. Although close to the main road it was in no way noisy, with the living area set back, overlooking the gardens and communal pool. The Port was about a 15 minute walk and the Arenal was approximately 20 minutes in the other direction. However, I would suggest that any family staying here hires a car so that you can fully explore the local area. On that, there is private and secure parking on site...another bonus. The kitchen was very well designed and came complete with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Nice cutlery and crockery and some demon wine glasses meant it met all our needs. All in all, a great find for us. if you are going to Javea for a beach holiday you might want to get closer to the Arenal but, as mentioned, with a car, you are only 5 minutes away. Maria and Bosco were easy to talk to in the run up to the visit and Bosco was on hand to meet us when we arrived to show us around the apartment and parking garage. The return of our breakages deposit was also instigated within 24 hours of us leaving. We would certainly return.

Excellent, we stayed in this immaculate apartment for a week with our family. The location is very convenient, easy access to shops and Port. Apartment is very well equipped and very spacious. The bonus is the large corner Terrace overlooking pool. Thankyou Bosco and Maria.

The apartment was in perfect condition. Modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. All the rooms were a good size for 4 adults and a 2 year old but it would be perfect for a bigger family too. We loved the large balcony with a comfortable seating area and dining table. The pool was perfect, a good size for swimming with a nice children's pool and we had it to ourselves most of the time which was a bonus. The small complex of apartments has security gates to enter the grounds and the underground car space was perfect for keeping the car cool during the day with temperatures in the 30's! Maria and Bosco were the perfect hosts, greeting us on arrival and being at the end of the phone if we needed them. I recommend their lovely apartment and hope to stay again sometime.

What can I say apart from lovely. Maria and Bosco were so helpful and considerate. The flat is beautiful, very tastefully decorated with a huge terrace area. All the rooms are of good proportions and finished to an exceptionally high standard. Although it was a little too cold for us to use, the pool looked lovely and well maintained and there is also a small children's play area within the gardens. Maria and Bosco were very welcoming and gave us recommendations of places to go and restaurants, they provided little extras in the flat which really do make a big difference. The location of the flat is great as you are within easy reach of the old town and the beach, get also close to the supermarkets(which there are many of). If I were to travel to Javea again I would definitely rent their flat again, I really can't speak highly enough about them or the flat. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of holidaying in Javea.

This place is really clean! Well equipped, tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds - we had a great stay. The owner Bosco who greeted was friendly and charming despite us arriving two hours later than planned. Highly recommended

A family of three adults and three children under 6 stayed for 9 days. We all felt that the apartment was top rate. The clean smell and beautiful, modern furnishings as we walked in were wonderful. Maria and Bosco have been helpful every step. We were so happy to stay and cannot wait to return.
