Very practical and cozy apartment with all amenities that you need. Very clean! Good communication with owner. Residential area, but cozy. Short distance to main supermarket. Bakery 'around the corner'.

N/A. Maybe I missed it but there could be clearer instructions on what to do with garbage when the bins are full and extra roll with garbage sacks? Also, on one day there was fresh wet snow and the drive uphill on the road was 'impossible', even with my car with very good winter tires. I had to park somewhere off the main road to town until the snow was cleared. This is only a possible issue the odd day in the winter season.

The whole family found the accommodation pleasant and well presented. All facilities were available, fridge, cooker, microwave, and excellent coffee. The beds were super comfortable.

Impeccably clean on arrival. Great for single travellers or couples that just need a convenient place to stay. Location in a residential neighborhood adds a lot of charm. Nice front terrace for outdoor breakfast/supper or a drink when it is warm enough. Bathroom is very spacious, I did not use the large bathtub, but it is impressive. Parking included. Kitchen includes every utensil you may need. Wifi works well (mobile internet coverage is poor in this area). "Walking distance" to Immenstadt centre. Backerei and supermarkets (V-markt) are nearby. That said, having a car to move around quickly saves you time! I liked this vacationstudio A LOT and absolutely would like to come back here on my next visit.

There is nothing I did not like, but I list a few points that are useful to be aware of: - there is no view to speak off - it is on a little hill, so if you depend on walking there is always an uphill walk to get to the studio - the bed/mattress is hard. I like soft mattresses, but it seems all mattresses are hard. - I missed clear instructions of what to do with waste and when the small wastebins are full. Did not find so quickly spare wastesacks. - To pay for the touristtax you have to leave the necessary amount (2.2Euro/adult/night) in cash - It was not clear if someone would meet up at checkout, I waited and left when no-one did. If I had known I could just leave, I would have left earlier than the checkout time (10am). - The lady that met me at check-in (at the agreed time via booking.com) did not speak english, so some improvising was needed. Not a problem for me, but if you do not speak or understand a single word of german you need to improvise
