The location is good, very close to the beach. There were a lot of family during our stay in July, and the pool was always full of children and families chilling around. The environment was very festive, with people eating in the large open hallways.

When we got there the cold water was brown. It got better in the second day. The AC in our room made a lot of noise so we had to put turbo before going to bed and keep it lower during the night. The staff was good but the emphasis on not stealing their towels or remote controls when they show you your room gives a bad first impression. 100 pesos charge if you leave the glasses dirty? Really?

My room was a Jr. Suite, it was very spacious as well as the shower. The kitchen was adequate. The beds were comfortable and plenty of cable channels. The front balcony was spacious with a lovely view of the pool and mountains. The back balcony had a nice view of the ocean. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The cleaning staff was also friendly and efficient

There was no breakfast offered. It was also a little far from the center of town and from stores and restaurants.
