Rental was super easy and the property was exactly as advertised. The river frontage is fantastic and the fishing was great. Very thoughtful in providing information to guests and was clean and a great stay.

We were so pleased with our stay. The house and property were beautiful. We loved the “take one- leave one” policy. It was nice having a few kitchen basics as we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen for several meals.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The property was very clean and someone was available to communicate with. We appreciated the fire wood and were able to create a bon fire by the river one night. We also played pool when we were done for the day. The area is beautiful and there is so much to do. We also drove to a few nearby cities/towns. Would recommend!

Nice, clean cabin with good parking and water access. All of the basic amenities were provided. Had an enjoyable trip.

Everything from the checking in process to the info provided from the property owner was incredible. It was easily the best kept and cleanest rental I’ve ever been a part of. The communication from the owner was incredibly detailed. Access to three different fishing areas and the fact that the Toccoa river was in our back yard was the best part. Solid host and an incredible rental, we will certainly be back.

Our family has stayed at this cabin three times now. It is exactly as described. We love that it is right on the river and is in the forest. If you want to get away from everything this place is perfect. The only call out we have is to make sure you bring what you need. Aside from a convince store it is a 30-45 minute trip to get to a conventional grocery store, but we love that as well.

We came up with friends to enjoy the quiet mountains. The cabin was very nice, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great trip for my family!

Amazing peaceful cabin. Very clean and spacious. A wonderful time for the family to come together and relax in this very delectable house. The big back yard was great for my kids to play in and the fire pit served it’s purpose when marshmallows and chocolate bars came around. Plenty of games to play and the kids absolutely loved the pool and ping pong table. The bedrooms were five star and the futon just as equal in comfyness . Many thanks to the owner of this cabin for letting us stay there!! (Reviewed by my 13 year old!)

Communication with the owner was fantastic from the beginning, and home included a very helpful book with suggestions of activities to do. Home was spacious and allowed enough room for our family of five (two preteens and a teen) to spread out comfortably. We spent a lot of time on the porch and the kids enjoyed playing in the river located directly behind the house. It is a little bit of a drive to get to activities, but definitely worth it for the beautiful location and spacious accommodations. We really enjoyed tubing down the river using the suggestion from the owner and visiting Helen, GA. Overall, our vacation was a wonderful mix of fun and relaxation and we would definitely rent again.

This property was as described and is wonderful if you want to escape from the busy city, and has lots of room as well. Because it is in the country, it is at least a half an hour from the closest town with larger grocery stores, so it is a drive if you plan on going somewhere every day. We had issues with the water going out for repairs and the internet going out, but this is what happens in the country and they were quickly taken care of. Because of the more remote location, the WiFi is good for only a few devices, but if you get up to 3 or more, it can be a bit of a strain on it. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, but it seems like the cabin and especially the outdoor areas need a bit of a deeper clean, especially with spring in full bloom. Also, if you plan on doing cooking in the kitchen, the water pressure in the kitchen is extremely low, making cooking some things a bit of a challenge. The house does have neighbors to the left and the right and a few across the river, so it's not completely remote. All in all, this is a great escape from the bustle of city life, but it does come with some country living limitations and driving if you want to do more touristy things.

If you enjoy fishing, there are lots of creeks and tributaries close by - we caught lots of trout! The property is very nice and homey. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful. Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. You can hear the water stream from balcony of bedrooms. My only regret is that I should have stayed for a week instead of just four days.

We had a great time, but very far to travel to go anywhere. This was a girls weekend so the seclusion was a little more than we bargained for.

We had a nice time at this property. Everything was just as the listing said. The river in the back made for a nice view. There were some places to hike and see near by, like the falls and swinging bridge. There are a couple of small housekeeping issues, but nothing major. Some extra towels and additional comfortable seating in the living room would be nice, but it was very enjoyable and we would like to return next year.

Richard was amazing to work with. The Cabin is beautiful and right on the river. We had a wonderful time, relaxing and getting back to nature!

This cabin comes fully stocked with anything you can think of. Richard’s bring some groceries, leave some groceries request helps all renters and is your way to pay it forward. Plan your meals before you go and bring your food with you. The closest traditional grocery is 40 minutes away. No Dollar General around the corner either. Coopers Creek Store has a few items (FEW) don’t plan on relying on it to have what you need food wise. The cabin is large and spacious. The yard is wonderful for your kids to run and play on. (9,7,4 yr olds) River is calm and fairly shallow so we look forward to returning in the summer for the kids to actually wade in the river and tube. Sea Creek Falls (12min) was a fun little adventure. Again- we look forward to coming back in the summer for the kids to swim in the wading pool below the falls. If you need a break from it all you won’t regret staying here!
