The noise from the street. There is a problem with noise insulation. In the room, you have the feeling to have the window open but it is not.

The hotel is small but quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms, although small, offer all the necessary comfort, and the bed was very comfortable. The Swedish-style buffet offers various, fresh products and, one thing that I appreciated in addition is the availability to serve coffee, water, fresh orange juice and cakes non-stop, at no additional cost. Located very close to the sea, it is surrounded by bars and restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner. In conclusion: a quiet and comfortable hotel, where you can spend a pleasant stay if you are not particularly demanding. I particularly appreciated the kindness and responsiveness of the staff to customer requests.

1. I would have liked background music in the morning, in the dining room because it was oppressively quiet. 2. The fan in the bathroom, which works automatically when you turn on the light in the bathroom, makes a lot of noise. It would be good if it could be turned off/on as needed. You don't need a fan when you brush your teeth, but surely no one is sleeping in the bedroom if you turn on the light in the bathroom and the fan starts. 3. The shower didn't have much pressure.

The hotel is great with sea view and exceptional personel from clerk service to room maids. Everybody speaks all the languages so you won't need to learn basic hebrew. The breakfast was delicios but beside fish meat there is no other . The room was always clean and also even if you don't have minibar in room at the lobby you have water, coffe, juice and some snacks 24h available for free. Also if you wanna go to the beach there the reception will offer you towels upon request. There are plenty of playgrounds for the kids on the left side direction from reception .

Only that it could have some meat at the breakfast other then fish . The parking places are very limited also so I don't advise you commining with a rental.

We took the family suite which was very spacious and clean, with a great view. Bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. Price is very attractive if you get the non refundable options.

The sofa bed for the kids was a bit small.

We really liked the location, sea view, staff and beds.

Overall a great place to stay and we would recommend it but nothing is perfect. The shower rod fell down while I was in the shower, stains on the comforter looked like blood, no balcony, so it's hard to dry swimsuits etc.

The fact that juice, fruit, water, coffee and tea and pastries were available 24/7 at no cost.

The walls in the rooms and corridors need a paint.

The cleaning was always exceptional, bedding and towels changed regularly; the reception and cleaning staff were always friendly, helpful and accommodating our requests. The hotel is conveniently located near the sea promenade, which is great for walks. The hotel is undergoing some renovations and update, which will probably improve the facilities in the near future.

The The location of the hotel is not bad, the sea is 100 m away. The beach is not badbreakfast is tasty enough, but the selection is small. The hotel is in the city center, it is close enough to everything - cafes, shops.

The staff is very unhelpful - this is what we encountered more than once in Israel when we have to communicate with expats from Russia. This is a big problem. We were with a car, parking was a big problem, the hotel didn't want to help at all. The cleanliness in the rooms is tragic. The windows were fogged up all the time, so we couldn't see the sea view, even though we took the rooms with the sea view.The staff does not want to solve any problems. The rooms state that they can sleep 4 people, but this is not true. The pull-out bed is only 1.4 m wide. The hotel barely offers to change something and blames Booking for everything.We had to get rooms with a view of the sea, part of the rooms we got with a view of the garbage containers.The price does not match the quality at all.
