Rich and Melissa’s place is wonderful. It was very clean and well maintained. It fit our group of couples very well. Our favorite area was the lanai with a heated pool. Communication and access was simple. We stayed for 2 months and we’re sad to leave. The Tarpon Springs area was also a fun place to get to know! Loved the bike trail. Can not say enough about our love of this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

We've had a great time. House is very well stocked and comfortable. Lots of golf options, we've loved the parks around, and lots of good food. Really like the Tarpon Springs area and surrounding communities. Clearwater Beach, Tampa are very easy and acessible in short time.

We fell in love with Tarpon Springs and this home. My husband and I, our nanny, and our 5 kids between the ages of 2 and 9 stayed from mid-July to mid-September. There are 4 rooms on the main level, plus a bonus/rec room upstairs. Our girls shared a queen bed; 1 boy slept on the fold out sofa upstairs; another boy slept on the main level; our nanny had her own room; and our 2 year old's tot bed could fit just about anywhere. The home is very well appointed with furnishings, linens, and lots of extras. I was very impressed with the kitchen. It had everything I needed to cook for a crowd! There's also a gas grill and a smoker outside. The pool and the landscaping are just luxurious. We felt spoiled the entire time. The neighborhood is lovely, as are the neighbors. There's a small HOA park right around the corner, and it's a very short drive to the beach and local trails. Everything we needed was close by. The calm, local beaches are great for little kids who aren't ready to fight waves. It was like a warm bathtub with dolphins! The house has an alarm system with a door chime. If your kids try to escape to the pool, you will hear the door open! Great peace of mind. Rich was fantastic to work with; never seemed put out by my questions and was always quick to reply. I hope he will let us stay again some day!
