Wunderschöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung und grosse Ferienwohnung, auch ein Parkplatz für das Auto ist vorhanden.

Auch in Bad Tölz wie im gesamten Alpenvorland ist das parken sehr teuer geworden. Gelegentlich ist der Lärm von Jugendlichen und vom nahe gelegenen Kinderspielplatz zu hören.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with fantastic views in the heart of Bad Tölz. Very nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. A lovely place to stay in thus beautiful Bavarian region !!

This apartment was perfect for two adults and had everything we needed for a great 6 night stay, including a very comfy bed. Kitchen was perfect to suit ourselves for breakfast, make up our packed lunch and prepare something simple in the evenings, but we also enjoyed eating out. We really loved the views from the balcony over the River Isar and back towards the town with the mountains in the background. We also loved that you could easily walk into Bad Tölz and explore on foot, so it is an ideal location. The town itself is also in a central position to explore the area and even venture into Austria.

There was nothing we didn't like but we were worried about leaving any stains on the raw wooden table top! Could do with a runner or some placemats just to protect the surfaces!

Beautiful location right next to river and Altstadt.

The location is perfect and you can see and hear the river from the balcony. The house is very tastefully decorated. We stayed in Bad Tolz as a last minute change due to the tourism ban in the next district and we were very happy with the choice. You can quickly drive or take a bus or train to further beautiful local places. The town was practically empty of tourists apart from ourselves, I expect that will change in the next weeks!

Convenient for the town and a good base for exploring the area. The accommodation was spacious with everything a couple would need for a longish stay (we were there 4 nights but would have been happy to stay longer).

It was clean and modern. The shower pressure was great and the water was drinkable. Lots of windows and a door to the balcony, it stayed fairly cool even on warm days (for those of us used to air conditioning). I would stay again. The hosts were very nice also.

The roads in the town are crazy busy with one way streets so if you miss a turn it takes a while to get back to where you were. This place is on a dead end so you must unload your bags and turn around in small area to go back down to where you can park, you must have a small car!
