Clean, relaxed peaceful

More proactive poolside drinks service. Would be good to have entertainment in the evenings for those not wanting to go out.

Everyone was friendly and its a very relaxing location.

The entertainment ends at 20:00 but there could be so much more that could be done to improve things for the venue after 20:00

L'accueil est juste acceptable, les chambres sont pas mal et assez grandes certes, par contre, le bruit est continu le soir. Malgré un soi-disant gardien qui ne fait rien, les gens font la fête toutes les nuits devant les chambres et il est impossible de dormir. La direction s'en fout royalement même si le manager dit s'en occuper mais il n'y a aucune réaction. Beaucoup de visiteurs extérieurs sont acceptés la journée, ce qui fait qu'à la piscine et au bar, c'est un vrai bordel à ciel ouvert. A faire pour ceux qui recherchent les partouzes et le bruit, sinon EVITEZ !!! Nous sommes partis en cours de séjour et la direction à refusé de rembourser. N'y allez surtout pas.

Nothing I could say that I dislike

The property was nice, rooms clean and enjoyed the restaurant.

Main complaint was there were a lot of daily activities marketed that didn’t occur. The website also indicated different hours for the pool so the pool closed early. We realize we arrived in slow (learned that after arrival) season but advertising needs to be updated to align reality so expectations are properly aligned. In general we had a nice visit.

The pool area and the jacuzzi were lovely.

1. Having to give a deposit for an air conditioning remote - this comes ad standard in hotels these days. Then, not being able to get a refund as reception was closed when we were leaving for the airport at 7:30am and the restaurant was not able to help even though they took money from us for bills and possession of the remote. Unnecessary, difficultness and a scam to make more money. 2. Reception was not 24hrs a day and the hours were strange 8am-8pm. 3. TV had no English channels aside from BBC News, again really substandard. 4. Breakfast had extremely linited options, substandard quality and was over priced at 15 euros per person. You also don’t even get a decent cup of coffee, all you get is instant coffee from a machine. 5. Overcomplicted payment system, they can take money from you at the restaurant but they cannot refun your deposit there. Felt like B.S. to not return the deposits. We would have happily left the 20€ deposit as a tip for the staff if we got it back but we would have liked to have that option insted of being scammed for it. 6. Value for money is poor, the “bungalows” have motel vibes and not worth the price.
