Great house for a family get together.

This house has an absolutely beautiful setting with great views of the ocean and the bay at Waldport. It is a easy 100 yard walk to the beach and has a large beach area to walk on. The fact that it is dog friendly is also a very nice perk. Unfortunately, it needs a lot of maintenance. The furnace went out while we were there and it got quite cold. The main light fixture in the kitchen stopped working, a few of the outlets were dead and one of the bed rooms ceils had leaked at one time and was half collapsed. I will say that the maintenance men from Vacasa were very prompt in coming out to look at things and did quickly replace the barbecue grill which was damaged beyond repair but unfortunately with any of the bigger problems they were unable to do much except agree that they were not working and say they would need to get repair people out to fix them eventually. We did have very nice time here and I would love to stay here again if they can get the repairs done.

Location, access to a nice , sandy Beach. Hot tub. Spacious and roomy. Plenty of room for entire family. Well equipped kitchen.

The view and access to the beach are great and that's where the good about this rental and Vacasa Stop.

What a great place to spend quality time with family. My daughter and I had our first Daddy-Daughter vacation at her request, and we couldn't have had more fun. The property manager did great in letting us know that there had been a problem with the plumbing the day of our arrival. They took swift action and the issue was resolved quickly and respectfully. They treated us very fairly for the inconvenience, and their customer service was great. My daughter has significant allergies and experienced none in this home. The house is perfectly situated just a few hundred feet from the beach and a 5-minute drive to town. Easy access to all the things Oregon Coast has to offer. Memories made for sure, Thank you.

The photos provided on your listing does not depict the condition of this home. The carpet is disgusting and smelled of dog P. As soon as we entered the home, the beds have springs sticking out of them and also smell of urine in the bunk rooms, there is black, mold, growing in the bathrooms, and in the windowsills of the home, And the overall cleanliness of the house was disgusting. We booked this house for four nights and ended up only staying here for three nights and leaving to go home because of all the issues.

Very big house, on the beach with lots of windows. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and a big pantry so you weren’t having difficulty finding places to put your groceries. The big hot tub was nice with a good wind break that had easy access from both the living room and the master bedroom. There was also a nice outside deck overlooking the ocean. Some of the problems were the kitchen chairs were rickety and absolutely filthy we felt that we needed to put towels on them to sit down. A couple of the windows needed replaced because the seal is gone and it really affects the beautiful view. The only other issue that we had was the remotes are absolutely worthless to every single TV in the house. A couple of little fix up jobs would do this house wonders. I would stay there again because there’s lots of room for people and they allow dogs.

The only problem we had was with the kitchen faucet but someone came and fixed it right away.

This was a great spot! Right on the beach, views of ocean on one end, views of the bay and bridge on the other. Fully stocked kitchen, and fully stocked linens! My only complaint is the French doors into one of the upstairs bedroom needed blinds.

It was nice. Very peaceful and a beautiful view. I should have researched mire before going as I took my 86yr old disabled mother. We had to carry her up the stairs along with her wheelchair. That was difficult. Also no fault of the rental agency but the main waterline burst across the street so we had no water for a day and a half. After it was restored we were on a boil notice.

Home had one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms. 1/2 roll of paper towel. Once we started cooking in the kitchen. Relieved the dish had been put back dirty. Caked on food. Frig had not been wiped out. Hot tub 1/2 the jets worked. 2 chairs on patio. No propane. Blinds do not work in Bedroom. Kitchen table needs a really good wipe down.

I'm giving 2 stars for a few reasons but one star was for the view and beach access which was great and the other star is for the hot tub...the rest of the house had issues to say the least...the downstairs heaters didn't work so there was no heat at all downstairs so we couldn't use the two bedrooms at all the first since it was freezing down there...also one of the three bedrooms upstairs had no blinds or curtains for the windows as well as the windows that were on the doors so that room wasn't of use...the pictures for the house showed curtains on all of them so it was very disappointing when we got there...the maintenance guy also took pictures of that for records of it...the second bedroom upstairs cable box didn't work so no T.V. in that room...the master bedroom was the only one that was good...comfortable bed and the T.V. worked...we still made the best of it with family but 2 people had to stay at nearby hotels cause of the no heat situation and no curtains in the other bedroom...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and definetly not worth the almost $2000 dollard we spent to stay there...I've contacted Vacasa and hopefully they'll give me a partial refund for all the hassle and not met expectations especially since the pictures told a different story...couches and appliances can use updating too...I really really hate leaving a review like this cause most of the time the houses we stay in are great and I completely understand vacation homes having little things here or there but this was a different story all together...expacting 5 comfortable bedrooms and getting 2 was extremely disappointing and upsetting...if these things got fixed we'd stay again but not for the same price...again the stars are for the view and hot tub.

Nice location with great views! Hot tub was enclosed and back deck was comfortable. Could have used a few updates but overall a nice stay in a large comfortable house.

The house was very spacious and roomy, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The house was a bit outdated and there was some blinds missing and broke, back sliding door didn’t lock so that made it a bit uncomfortable at night. Overall the house was good and we had a great time.

The location in proximity to the beach was amazing. The hot tub, ping pong table and games were a perfect amenity. We did however find a lot of problems with the fact the house was freezing upon arrival. The furnace was not working and called several times to get help but got the runaround until finally someone showed up with space heaters. It was fixed the next day. There was not sufficient toilet paper for a house that sleeps 8. The master tub didn’t seal and hand sprayer leaked, lights were flickering in the kitchen, most utensils were falling apart, the room by the stairs blinds did not pull down. Both bathroom fans were broke. Hallway light was burnt out. If the cupboards were labeled it would be nice. The views and open kitchen and size of house were amazing! All beds were comfy and loved the extra linens and pillows. We really did enjoy our stay just needed some TLC and updates to make it 5 star.

Location to the private beach is the best! Home is a bit dated but was very clean and comfortable! Love it!

We’ve stayed at several similar houses in this neighborhood, and this house was one of the cleanest and most well-stocked! We loved being able to walk to the beach and the large kitchen with almost everything we’d need.

It was a perfect location. Easy access to the beach . Plenty of room for our private family gathering. Very well stocked . Very comfortable. The hot tub and game room was a hit. Will stay there again in the future.

Our family had a great time. Amazing views from house and really enjoy being able to walk out onto the sand from deck. Enjoyed the hot tub from master bedroom. Nice big table in dining room for playing games. We were surprised to find one of the bedrooms had double glass doors with no curtains for privacy. Don’t remember reading anything about that in other reviews or description and it was our biggest negative. House is on dated side. Over all it house fit our needs.

Everything we expected and more! It is nice house with everything advertised and absolutely stunning views on both sides (ocean and bay/bridge). Being steps from the beach is of course also a huge plus! Some of the appliances are a bit dated, and it would be nice it there was maybe one more bathroom in the house for the number of people, but overall was not an issue for us.

Is great location great house

If you want beach access and view, you can't find a better location that this! Right on the sand, and beautiful views from every angle, including to the east. This property is a quite dated, and some things are really showing their age. The living room furniture is WELL past its prime, and someone may actually hurt themselves on the arm rests, as there is no cushion left on them. However, the mattresses in the upper bedrooms are divine. An excellent upgrade. That said, the bedroom with glass doors does not have any sort of window covering for those doors, so no real privacy there. All in all, this place is a major winner, and I would gladly return at any time.

We stayed at this house for eight days in late July - early August 2021. We had three generations and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. We loved being able to cook together in huge kitchen and the views from the livingroom were spectacular. I would highly recommend this house

Terrific location on the beach; the cleaning staff should be commended for an outstanding job in advance of our arrival. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with all manner of pots, pans, gadgets, utensils and other necessaries. The house is very comfortable and commodious. We had a delightful stay!

The house was well stocked with pots pans and all kitchen utensils you ckld possibly need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. However we did not have enough dishwasher tabs for 7 nights or enough trash bags. You should consider leave 2 tabs per day and several trash bags. The front bedroom could use some different doors for better privacy. Of course we loved the location, can't beat stepping right on the sand. Thank you for the great house

Beautiful sunset!

The property was amazing! But it is a Vacasa property and you will save yourself $500 if you book through them and not VRBO.

The location of this house was great, as for the rest....house was very dirty, stains on carpet and furniture, animal smell, dirty floors! We arrived with our party of 8 to find 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, not a garbage bag to be seen, or an ounce of dish soap! 3 We chose this home for the hot tub, chemicals ran out on day 2 and it took 2 days for anyone to come with more! For a price tag of 6k for 6 nights, we expected more!

We stayed here for a week with another family. The house had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfy and the house was mostly clean. The house is older and could use some updating along with some new furniture. We did have some initial problems with some kind of fly at the beginning but got it mostly under control before the end of the visit. What was lovely about the house was it's location. Right on the beach. The kids could play just of the deck or in the dunes. This made walking on the beach easy! The house is easy to get to and within an easy drive of site seeing and towns. Would recommend for your family vacation.
