The staff were super nice! Very helpful when they could be.

The beds were VERY hard. It made it difficult to gev a good nights sleep. Also it was not easy to get to Porto Cervo Center. They mentioned we could walk to it so we did and it was AWFUL! It was not near and pretty much all up hill. When we got to the center we were exhausted and drenched in sweat. The hotel has a bus that will take you but they only have it twice a day and only at night. Taxis were possible but stupid expensive.

Nice location, but very touristic area. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Our rooms overlooked the pool. The building, the premises and pool are well maintained. It is difficult to swim in the pool because of the shallow water. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean.

Breakfast! A buffet without regional / artisan products and with a lot of tasteless food, wrapped in plastic. The cappuccino and the fresh fruitsalad were good, but nothing else. The bread was terrible! We expected more quality of a four star hotel.

Room was clean and spacious with a nice pool view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast advertised on the photos did not exactly meet the reality.

The rooms are tiny, a lot of lizards inside the hotel corridor some lizards can enter the rooms. Prepare yourself to be ripped off if you are foreigner that’s for sure :) Taxi drivers prices range between 50 and 100 euro one way only. You will be charged 50 euro on 5 or 10 mins location distance from hotel. Hotel will tell you they will charge 35, but the minute you ride the taxi and he know that you are not local price changes. We spent around 800 euro only on taxi’s for 3 nights.

beautiful grounds of hotel

the bed was very uncomfortable and hard. the rooms are very outdated and the walls were very marked up. the drains in the shower and in the sink did not drain properly so when we showered it turned into a pool of dirty water
