big beautiful swimming pool and nice location

Were quite disappointed with the service of the hotel. It was the impression that the staff was trying to increase bills in restaurants, bars and so on. The capsules in the coffee machine were 2 euro/each. Very strange for the 5-star hotel! And what astonished me most of all was the lunch box in the early morning when we were leaving earlier the breakfast. The picture of the lunch box in the attachment. Furniture in the room number was old. Didn’t feel myself in the 5-star hotel at all.

Ich war nur eine Nacht im Colonna Resort, da wir aufgrund höherer Gewalt unseren Aufenthalt in Sardinien verlängern mussten. Ich muss sagen, dass es uns dort so gut gefallen hat, dass ich es bereue, dieses Hotel nicht für unseren gesamten einwöchigen Aufenthalt ausgewählt zu haben. Der Empfang war herzlich, und allein der Anblick der Pools rechtfertigt den Preis des Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich, und das Personal war freundlich. Empfehlenswert, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Views from the room and the common areas were fantastic. The grounds were spacious and well maintained. Good onsite parking. The hotel was clean. The staff were lovely. The piano guy was great.

The hotel pools were a little too cold to use, even in August. The water from our shower always leaked out onto the floor due to the design.

The property was comfortable, beautiful views, and great location. Service was outstanding. Particularly Franco, the Concierge, made life very easy.

The rooms could be updated but not a major issue.

Staff and out dated facilities, poor cleaning.

A big resort with several pools, nice garden area, cozy beach, friendly staff. The food was excellent, I recommend HB option.

The spa area and specially the gym needs renovations.

Poolarea was very good and we enjoyed the beach very much. The service from the staff was excellent.

We are sorry but the food was not what we had expected in a five star hotell. The service where very good though so the hotel had served at a higher level on the food.

Staff welcomed us very friendly, they even gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room! The breakfast was very good, extensive choices. The pool and private beach were really the highlight of the stay.

The walls of the rooms were very thin, so we were able to hear our neighbours, unfortunately.

unbelievable deck on the sea. pool area fab too. pool staff were friendly and helpful, in total contrast to the front desk staff.

rooms were a shocker. very tired. smell of urine. bathrooms had mould. definitely not 5 star. front desk staff attitude was offensive. not used to being treated poorly. didn’t feel like a guest. think is because this is a large resort, so not personable and the message from management doesn’t put the guest first. we won’t be returning.

it was definitely not 5-star hotel. The food was far under average. You need to pay for every water if you need to brush your teeth. include this in your offering. They charged us for a activities we didn’t use etc etc

Beautiful property, we had a free up grade on a suite royal room. Good value for money. Huge pool area
