The staff is very nice and helpfull. The hotel really thought about almost everything for kids. The destination is also great for hiking, biking or just relaxing.

Food is okay.

Very friendly and responsive hosts and staff. We were offered a personal shuttle from the train station (at a cost) which worked brilliantly. Albert, the owner, is a very interesting chap and gave us a lot of interesting background about the area, the hotel and the facilities. Skiing was great with the ski school only a few meters away from the hotel and the baby, training and Strasser 1 lift were exactly the right mix for us beginners and were operational every day. Sleigh were also available for free at the hotel were a lot of fun to use right outside the hotel. There was even a small playground and some lamas for the kids to watch. The food was pretty good and varied every day, which we appreciated. We had a great time

The kids club / childcare could have been a bit better organised. There was a room with toys which was great, but the kids disco was hardly attended because nobody really entertained and organised them. Our 7-year old was very keen to dance but felt very awkward to do it by herself or even with us. Our 4-year old certainly appreciated all the toys and sweets and liked going there but our 7-year old got bored very quickly. Perhaps fewer sweets and more organised entertainment should be looked into. But overall this is only a small issue in the grand scheme of things and overall our experience was still amazing.

The staff was amazing, super helpful and kind, literally did everything to make our stay perfect, so big thanks to them ❤️ location is also very beautiful, the pool and the play room is very entertaining for kids.

Considering it's a family hotel, one would expect to have healthy food choices for kids, less sugar, more fruits and things like that, however they did not, that is something they should definetly work on. Also for 4 stars I would expect bigger and a bit more modern rooms.

nice staff, clean rooms, very nice hotel

Great place for Ski touring in this year's period. All the routes are nearby. We were almost alone in the hotel which was preferable these days. The hotel is nice, well equiped with very nice swimming pool and sauna. Great staff always willing to help (they took care about us before Christmas when we've arrived at midnight to Innerkrems but we had an issue with another accommodation). Very good local kitchen with really big portions. We really liked it and enjoyed the stay. So far we stayed there twice already and we'll for sure come again. Thank you :-)

Taste good, enough variaty

Cleaning lady throw my hand watch from tv table on the flour. Watch price is 3000€. Dust from Tv table is even not cleaned, why my watch felt down on the flour? But on the back table side where i can not see if not looking extra

Staff always helped when we asked. Surroundings are great. Many fantastic daytrips possible. Kids enjoyed playing in the outside area. Room was large and we could not hear neighbors at all.

Understaffed. The food was not good, many dirty plates, mostly made from frozen stuff. Me and my son got stomach problems. Play room and outdoor area once was great, but is very worn down - the place needs serious maintenance. Staff didn’t care about one rabbit escaping or keeping their water filled.

awesome hotel with free pool, helpful and very nice staff in beautiful location. Every little ones were made for children, playgrounds, animals, program, every detail. And everything included in price. No hidden catch. I will definitely come back.

There wasn't lots of food choices for lunch.

The staff was very nice and friendly, in special Bernadete. The swimming pool was really great and the inside playground was very nice and very well organized. I believe I have never seen one inside playground so well taken care.
