We were upgraded for free by the kind manager of the park, which turned out to be wonderful. Very polite staff and friendly family atmosphere. Well be returning next year for sure!

Relocated by staff due to unsatisfactory refrigeration in first unit allocated. Comfortable bed and good kitchen facilities. Location was close to railway station but not convenient to travel to family.
Condition of first cabin allocated - bar fridge with broken shelving and inadequate storage; also creaky flooring near bathroom. This was remedy by being relocated by staff to another cabin which was much more suited to our stay of 6 nights.

Rooms didn't specify that they were near kids jumping play land, bins or communal kitchen so a lot of noise that would have been good to know about..
Probably could have done more considering the amount paid. Air con hardly worked and hot water wasn't the best.

reception was closed on a public holiday so our children couldn’t get their wrist bands for the jumping pillow. we were not offered them when we checked in.

Jess at reception was so extremely helpful and accommodating.
Anne was also very welcoming and helpful.
Good staff is hard to find and these two ladies are exceptional at customer service and building rapport.
This is a small one but a heated pool would be perfect.

The pool was OK
Just about everything. Awful accommodation, Awful place, no facilities, shops or anything. Between an industrial estate and a railway line, noisy, very very old cabin, curtains didn't fit, horrible plastic shower, outside door damaged, bed horrible, just yuk yuk yuk.

No service with clean towels or empty bin, office does not open until 9. Coin machine for laundry is needed.

Water in the cabin shower changed between hot and cold without touching the taps or anyone else using the water in cabin.
