Best Three Weeks!
This was by far the most well appointed rental we’ve ever had! Great location: on Vanderbilt Bay and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Cleanliness and comfort with all the amenities you would want for three weeks on the water. Outstanding master suite! Owner supplied quality bikes, paddle boards, pool toys, and more. Even dropped off a counter-top ice maker during our stay! I would highly highly recommend this property. The hosts were available at any time by text which was nice as well.

I would give this property 10 Stars if I could & Owner!
The House was truly amazing. It was spotless! It was fully stocked with ever necessity and some. There were tons of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could think of including the Ninja and Magic bullet! The owners have thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable and even reached out to us numerous times during our stay! The pool was amazing and my youngest spent most his time on the dock fishing. It was a short walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. I would highly recommend staying here to any of my friends and family! Thank you Nicole!

Wonderful
We’ve stayed at a number of properties but this one was tops. Big house with lots of space. Fantastic pool and outdoor seating area all screened in on the canal. Kitchen was very very well equipped with everything we needed for our family dinners. Beds were comfy and towels were thick. The location was perfect - 15 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach in a quiet extremely nice neighborhood. Owners were responsive and helpful with recommendations for local eateries.

Wonderful stay!!!
Let me just start by saying, pictures do not do this property justice! The property was beautiful, clean and came equipped with everything you could possibly need! The location is also a huge bonus! We were close to the beach, in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything! We absolutely loved the heated pool and sitting area outside to enjoy family time! It was hard to get my family to leave! If your looking for a wonderful place to stay with your family, this is it! Thank you Nicole for being so sweet and helpful during our stay!! We will most definitely be back!

Not here, don’t do it.
I will say that the numerous problems we had were mostly addressed in a timely manner, but the continual interruptions were ....... first day- kitchen faucet broken ,mouse droppings, dirty kitchen, master bath faucet and toilet broken, dinning room chairs and rug dirty, pool deck covered in dried up moss and dead palm tree hang next to pool and no cushions for the wood deck chairs. Next two days HVAC and pool pump broken . 4 times they came out to fix a drain and it never was fixed. I can go on and on, i was there for 46 days and had repair people there a minimum of 25 times. The dying rat was a nice touch. Have video and photos to prove, also case # from VRBO complaint department.

Great place for family vacation
Nice place to stay for large family! There were bikes and kayaks available also. Nichole, the property manager was great. She answered all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed!

We had a great time spending a few days at your home. The location was great and the home was all we hoped for. Their was plenty of room for our 2 families of 4. We look forward to a return trip!

All the amenities you could ask for, clean, close to the beach!
We stayed for 10 days during the week of our wedding and couldn't have asked for more. You have all the amenities you need, a clean home with plenty of space, beautiful backdrop on the intercoastal and very close to the beach! We would love to come back! Thanks again!

Perfect location in Vanderbilt Beach
Our family (4 adults & 2 children) had a wonderful holiday at this spacious home. Large living room, dining room and den with three TVs make it comfortable for inside activities. We spent many days in the pool and enjoyed the beautiful view on the canal. A short walk to Vanderbilt Beach is the key feature. It is also a short drive to Mercato, shopping and great restaurants. Located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Everything is as pictured and more
We had a very nice time at this beautiful home. Everything is as nice as it looks, even better, actually. My husband and I went with my son, his wife and our 3 year old grandson. They enjoyed fishing off the pier. The pool was great and we were able to walk to the beach, although, don't try that with coolers, etc. Gorgeous sunsets at the beach so don't miss those. Plenty of things to do here. Wish we could've stayed longer. The weather cooperated in late Feb too. We'll be back.

The house is beautiful and has every convenience you could want. Plenty of space and great layout.
This property is very well maintained. It is just a short walk to the beach. House provides lawn chairs and a cooler to take to the beach too. Large fridge and a kitchen that has everything for the cook! Just a fun place to be to get away!

Perfect place to stay near Vanderbilt Beach
Chuck and Nicole were great! We had an excellent experience at their spacious home on one of the canals in north Naples near Vanderbilt Beach, stayed the entire month. We walked our 4 mile loop and got plenty of sunshine. This is a very relaxed area to vacation in. We have been going back to Naples for 20 years. This home has been totally updated and has everything you need. They even provided a new solar cover for the pool so it would stay nice and warm. There are great places to rent strollers and bikes near by.

Tollstes Haus!

- Pool ist groß
- Küche hat alles was man braucht
- zu Fuß 15 Minuten zum Strand
- Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend zu sehen
- beim angeln vom Steg viele Fische gefangen
- Vermieter/in war stets erreichbar und hat sofort geholfen
- Vermieter/in sehr Freundin
Eine Sache ist negativ was aber noch kein Stern abgezogen hat:
Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Ledersessel und die Treppe hoch mit einem eigenen Bad hat aber keine Tür. Lärm aus der Küche oder Wohnzimmer wird nicht geschützt. Für uns war das ok aber wenn dort mal eine Tür eingebaut wird ist es noch besser.
3 Schlafzimmer aber mit Tür!
Haus würde ich allen weiter empfehlen!!!
