We spent 3 nights in the 4 apartments at Epikourou 16. Eight of us were very comfortable in these accommodations with modern amenities including A/C and washer/dryers. The location was excellent and the hosts were helpful and friendly.

We had a party of 11 adults and originally booked apartments 1,2,3 and 4 with the idea that some would sleep on the sofa beds. I was contacted about 1 month before arrival to see if I wanted to book apartment 5 also at a reduced rate. I am glad I said, yes. It worked out perfectly as the sofa beds were not in the best shape and the additional space was welcomed. Apartment 5 closest to ground level is a bit dark and does not have a washing machine; however, we had the other units that did so it was not an issue. The roof top terrace was lovely. The bathroom and refrigerator on the rooftop was really helpful too Oh, and, view of the Parthenon was great too. The roof on the platform on the rooftop could needs some attention. Watch your step on the spiral stairs to the rooftop. They are narrow and not child or elderly-friendly. Lia, Kostas, and Yannis were great hosts. Yannis gave a tour and walked us the route to the square. The location was convenient to Monastiraki Square and the Acropolis. We would definitely recommend this property.

The 4 connected apartments were perfect for a family reunion. We enjoyed late afternoon drinks on the rooftop, look at the Parthenon. Very convenient location- could walk to every location we wanted in Athens. Great night life just a few blocks away.

We were a group of 6 adults and this location was perfect. Costas greeted us on arrival and even invited me to walk around to the square and back to give me a feel for the area (Thank you Costas). 1 minute to great taverns, restaurants and coffee, 5 minute walk to Monastiraki Square. Honestly, from this location you could take the metro, but it isn't necessary as you can easily walk nearly anywhere you want. Everyone we met was so friendly. The apartments themselves were super nice with air and upgraded bathrooms, kitchen and plenty of space. If we're ever back in Athens, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks All

We chose this for the roof top garden, the location, because it could accommodate all 11 of us and the price. It fit our needs perfectly and did not disappoint. The only negative was the area. Older part of down that needs updating.

We can walk to the Acropole and near many restaurant. Nice terrasse on the roof. The owner was very accessible.

This really was the perfect place for us. The location was incredible and having four apartments made it really easy for our family to each have our own space but come together when we wanted. The only thing that I would say is that if you have kids that you're intending to have sleep in the common spaces they don't all really sleep two adults out there.

6 of us were in Athens for four days and used this apartment as a home base for our stay. We really enjoyed the food scene in the Psyrri neighborhood and from this location, we could walk to just about everything. We rented all 4 apartments which gave us plenty of space for our group of 6. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio for an evening wine hour. The air conditioning worked great and the bathrooms were spacious. Our hosts were great about arranging airport transportation and giving us lots of information when we checked in. If we find ourselves back in Athens, I would definitely stay here again.
