A very spacious apartment with fantastic floor to ceiling windows and a terrific view. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and their was plenty of space in the living and dining area. The ski lockers and access to the piste were great and there was a nice sauna and steam room to chill out in after a hard days skiing. The bar and games room had plenty of seats and were great spaces to relax and have a drink. The reception staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

The kitchen facilities in the room were very limited and poorly designed. It is not somewhere to stay if you want to fully self cater. The pool was a bit on the cold side and often full of noisy children which meant the 'relaxation area' wasn't very relaxing. Some time set aside for adults only would be a real bonus. The double bedroom had very limited storage space with only one small wardrobe and no drawers. The twin room had better storage.

sleepingrooms without windows!Don't book this Hotel.We had to pay 100% before comming , si We couldn't change rooms anymore or discuse thé price. It's difficile to sleep in rooms who aren't ventilated . So you have to open thé Window in thé salon and ventilate the Wohle place, only problème it's cold . For thé prince you paye it's not accepteble and of cours once you have payed , you can't negociate thé rate .

We ordered fresh pastries delivered to the apartment each morning via the hotel Very central. Pool and saunas were lovely

As it was an apartment, very strict rules on how the apartment is left or high fines would be given

Staff were nice, location is great.

I expected the Room to be bigger. For almost 3k for a weeks accommodation, I'd say the room was approx 20sqm - I'd strongly suggest any perspective guests to get detailed info about their 'Suite' before committing. Breakfast was underwhelming.
