Loved our stay! Cyppo and Mandy were so helpful and welcoming, it was really appreciated. Also fabulous to get their tips and tricks for the local area (e.g. getting the train to St Ives) and beach parking tips. Gorgeous little cottage with so many lovely touches to make our stay feel special. We hope to return and have already recommended to friends

My girlfriend and I came down for a couple of days to escape the big smoke. Cyppo’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We had a great time, thank you!

The property lies close to the owners house within his property and looks out towards the sea and the unspoilt and beautiful harbour of Mousehole and is a 5 minute walk away.. The property is snug but well designed and fitted out with all the things you might expect for a brilliant holiday . We would definately stay here again.

Cyppo and Mandy were great hosts. We appreciated the welcome message on the slate outside and the treats. The apartment is small but perfect for a couple, comfortable and well equipped. The terrace is great for breakfast in the sunshine. We were always able to park on the road outside. The location is excellent for Mousehole itself, local walks and the bus.

Ehen er arrived in Moushole er got a warm ans emphatische welcome. The Interieur of our appartment was furnished practible and tastfully. Cippos paintings are wonderfull. A good place to be…

Far enough up the hill from tightly squeezed centre of town to be able to drive in and out without too much trouble. But because property name included “Meadow” we expected to be out in a field with easy parking ! Our host Cyppo was most welcoming and made us feel quite at home. Basic breakfast needs and a box of chocolates were welcome little luxuries upon our arrival.

Owners were extremely helpful and friendly. A excellent location to explore the region. Toni and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cyppo and Mandy.

Lovely coastal village. Great restaurants to eat in, booking in advance would be wise. On road parking but lane is narrow.

We were in a great area walking to restaurants... and the gorgeous harbour... Cyppo and Mandy great helpful hosts... the cute Sea view Medow covered our needs..comfortable bed and facilities..although overall the bathroom was on the tad small. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would recommend...thank you..

Mandy and Cyppo have a gorgeous property and the Mousehole area is a gem we will be sure to return to for our anniversary trips. Not only is the accommodation beautifully kept and furnished, the hosts are incredibly friendly and relaxed in their approach to hosting and provided us an excellent experience as first time users of VRBO.com. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt incredibly welcome at all times. The Cornwall area is rich with natural and local heritage and Cyppo and Mandy are great for pointing you in the direction of places to see/eat and things to do. Recommend highly.

Right from our arrival Cyppo and Mandy were great hosts. A warm welcome and some lovely welcome treats greet new visitors.They gave us some great tips about where to eat and where to visit. The let is perfect for a couple, comfortable and all the equipment you need for a holiday. The exclusive use of the terrace which looks out to the sea is particularly nice in the summer. The only challenge is parking, but it is for every house in Mousehole, so as long as you know what to expect it is no problem at all. We never had to be more than a couple of minutes away. Although we tend not to holiday in the same place twice, for this place we may well make an exception!

Our hosts - community stalwarts - could not be more helpful and added a couple of nice personal touches to elevate the experience.

Seaview Meadow – is a compact self-contained accommodation ideal for a couple and brilliant for visiting Mousehole - a short walk to the harbour. Cyppo and Mandy’s cottage is a comfortable, warm, relaxing home away from home. The cottage was plenty spacious enough for me with a ‘bedroom’ area which felt quite separate from the couple of steps down to the ‘sitting’ area. The 2 Velux windows allowed the light to flood in and created an opportunity to easily let fresh air in giving a feeling of embracing the outdoors. The decor in the cottage has been tastefully done with pale colours and natural wood creating a modern feel of relaxed coziness. There are some great places to eat and relax with a drink in the village of Mousehole along with good walking right from the doorstep and so many beautiful places worth visiting nearby, St Ives, Newlyn, Penzance, St Michaels Mount, etc Cyppo and Mandy were always available if needed but not intrusive. I had a wonderful stay in Mousehole and would definitely return. Thanks for providing a great place to stay and enjoy it all.

We had such a lovely 3 night stay in Mousehole and can thoroughly recommend Seaview Meadow. Cyppo and Mandy provided everything that we needed and more. We were given some good tips of places to visit and all of our comforts were seen to. The warm vibe in this accommodation is very conducive to relaxation and the position is superb, being just a very short walk into mousehole. We loved it!

Cyppo and Mandy were excellent hosts, available but left us alone. We received a very warm welcome with wine, milk and chocolates. A brief tour of the property and instructions for appliances was very helpful. A handbook for the property was readily available with emergency contact details if needed. There was also lots of up to date information on things to do along with an OS map, books on local history and even a children’s book on the story behind Mousehole Lights. There is no allocated parking, this wasn’t a problem for us as we visited in September but I would imagine could be difficult in high season. There are however plenty of buses to the main tourist attractions. Wi Fi was patchy but that was common throughout the area. Lots of steps-it is in Cornwall.

What a wonderful week in Mousehole. Cyppo and Mandy are fantastic hosts, really helpful with local knowledge and made us feel so welcome. The accommodation was really cosy and felt like a home from home, just a short stroll to the harbour. Parking is a little tricky but this was height of season and really to be expected in such a small village but we just drove further up the hill towards Paul and found a spot, we then didn’t really move the car all week, the bus service is fantastic. We will definitely return and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We spent a week here and had a really fabulous time. Cyppo and Mandy were brilliant hosts, and the property is lovely. We appreciated their local knowledge, friendly suggestions for places to visit and the apartment has a lovely patio and to eat on. Highly recommend.

We received a very warm welcome from our delightful hosts. The property is quite small but well equipped with a lovely garden terrace with glorious sea views. The location, towards the top of the village means that it is easy to park nearby. There are several pubs and restaurants a short walk away so plenty of great opportunities to eat out. Staying in Mousehole is a nice way to see the village without the large number of day visitors, both in the morning and evening it's a wonderful place for a stroll. We also found Mousehole a great base for exploring the rest of Penwith from, you're only a short drive from any of the popular locations on the penninsula.
