very quiet place in the middle of the countryside. trulli-style house with tasty breakfast and nice swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone who is looking to stay in this region in a nice atmosphere

Great location to explore Puglia when having a car. The place is beautiful. The room is comfortable, very clean and the gardens are wonderful. We had a great time here!

A resort in the fields surrounding Martina Franca. Wonderful peace and quiet, Beautiful property! Close to everything by car.

Excellent position for visiting other places (Matera, Alberobello, Ostuni, Monopoli, even Lecce and Otranto). Masseria is very nice, carefully decorated in old/romantic style, room is comfortable, breakfast good. I would recommend it.

The noise. It’s was definitely not quiet First night they was a party and they stop around 1 am Second and third day the team was cutting the grass and the three all the afternoon around the swimming pool with very noisy tools So definitely not relaxing for that part

Gorgeous place!!! I’ve never been in such wonderful house, so spacious, so cosy, so wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful, the cappuccino was great, the bedroom smells so good and the bathroom is great.

The masseria is stunning in a typical puglia style. You have direct access to the swimming pool and the place is very quiet. Breakfast was amazing, staff really kind and really to help. Room was comfortable.

Room was comfortable, the only negative point was maybe that the room had straight access to the entrance and main area and you could hear other guests going outside their rooms. But not a big deal as there are not many rooms and people are respectful.

This is a great place to relax and unwind. Very well located just outside of Martina Franca. Well maintained garden, nice swimming pool, comfortable bedrooms and all facilities. Staff was wonderfull, breakfast was well varied. Would love to go back.

This is not a negative, but just something to take into account. We did not have a car and there are no lunch/dinner options available. Ebikes are for rent though and proved to be a great way to get around to Alberobello and Locorotondo.

An amazing location, like out of a movie!!!! Very friendly staff! The attention to detail in this property is unbelievable and the garden is stunning!

We stayed in the cheaper room and the double bed was a bit small for two very tall people. Also the shower/curtain was a bit small, but probably no big deal for averagely sized people ;)

The look of the Masseria is absolutely stunning. The location too is lovely, although very difficult to get to (and a little unnerving driving at night). Monica and Oviglio (?) were both absolutely charming, and could not have been more helpful. They made us feel very welcome, and definite made our stay more pleasant. Eg breakfast on day 1 was a little basic. However, we indicated what we would like going forwards, and Monica was only too pleased to get it for days 2 and 3. The room we stayed in for the first 2 nights was adorable.

The management was woeful. We were put in the very awkward position of feeling obliged to give up the lovely room we were in for the 3rd night, because someone had made a mistake with the booking or allocation of rooms for a wedding party. The management did there best to talk up the room they wanted us to move to, but it was clearly inferior. They did agree that there would be no charge. However, given the choice, we would happily have stayed in the room we were and paid for it. The whole episode was shocking. We were the incumbents. They should have explained to the wedding party that the room was already occupied, instead of making us feel awkward about staying. To avoid a repeat, they should make a rule not to take other guests when they have a wedding party booked. On that night and the following morning, we were made to feel as though we were in the way and that they would prefer if we were not there. Shocking.
