Location
Bathroom - very leaky shower which soaked the whole bathroom. Had to wear flip flops when showering as so slippery.
Owner not on premises. The staff did their best but had to be ‘found’ to get any service.

Quite an amazing place to stay by the Agonda beach shore. I've made my bookings literally in the last minute, but thanks to Jay, he even helped me by sending cab to the airport and allocating me a room that i preferred. Rooms are quite clean, with all basic amenities available. Location is quite close to all shacks around Agonda, the Cola Beach and the Kakolem Beach. A must stay, I'd say! Not many food options within their stay but there are a lot of shacks around which will suit your appetite. Overall, a must stay! Cheers';)

Best value we could find for the waterfront, and quite clean. Very attentive staff. The room stayed nicely cool during the day. Also our room was listed as a tent for some reason, but it was actually a nice stilted hit.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't so great, and the room was quite creaky.

Loved the location, right in front of the beach, amazing view.
The food was delicious, the staff was very humble and nice.
We had a complete blissful experience staying here.

Great Value for money. Me and my wife enjoyed a lot. The beach view from the cottage is Amazing. Host Adarsh was very polite and helpful.

The accommodation is new and well maintained. Host Jai was really helpful and very nice. He made our stay really memorable.
Maybe the quilts can be exchanged with proper blankets. At night it became really cold and the quilt wasn't enough.

Amazing service.. very well maintained cottage..AC and bathroom fittings were brand new.. lovely location and beautiful view in budget.. value for money
Can have better power backup as the area has frequent power cuts.. good thing is even with power cut AC wont stop and the place was sufficiently lit

The location was excellent, and so was the service.
However, they could have been clearer about the sea view/partial sea view at the time of booking the 'tent' cottage. Nothing major but the description is misleading.

The location is food.
The staff is courteous.
The location is good, but you will find many better stays for this price. It felt quite expensive considering the shaky, small room it provided with no sea view. Even if you walk across the room, it shakes totally and does not feel comfortable for someone sleeping.
Even the food options were very limited, which meant one has to explore nearby places for all meals.
Overall I recommend travelers to try much better places within 5 mins and only a little extra money.

Amazing place right next to the beach. This place also had a shack with the sea view. You can just sit and chill and enjoy the sea.
The staff was friendly and polite and every helpful.
The place was clean and hygenic, proper towels, sheets were provided.
AC, gyser all the appliances are brand new and in good working condition. Overall the stay was amazing.
Only the place is difficult to find, but if you call the owner he comes to guide you.

This Beach Resort is a full service holiday lodging facility, located at the seaside, with access to Agonda beach.. loved the place ❤ Staffs were also helpful, made my husband birthday more wonderful 😊

Arya Cottages, run by couple Jai and Jyosna, is an excellent value for money hideaway on Agonda beach. The cosy beach shacks are pleasant and are cleaned regularly. The hosts are very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The food cooked by Jyosna & team is delicious and is freshly made.
All safety protocols are followed by the staff; with cleanliness and social distancing maintained.
Agonda beach is one of the cleanest beaches, with fantastic sunset views :)

Best place to stay in South goa. Budget friendly. Staff followed covid-19 precautions. Social distancing were followed and staffs always wear Mask. Food is very tasty, you get nice view from your balcony.
