We had a wonderful stay here! Came for a friends weekend and the property and house were beautiful. Everything was just what we needed.

This home is even nicer and more secluded than the pictures depict. Set on a gentle elevation the home is surrounded by vineyards, stands of madrona and Oaks trees and views of the mountains in the distance. The dairy cows roaming on the farm next door only add to the pastoral setting. Arturo was helpful and accommodating. Will be back again!

The setting of this home is truly stunning! A city-goer’s dream. Very well done home with plenty of amenities to make it feel like a true vacation. We had a wonderful time!

This house was a beautiful getaway right in the. middle of vineyards. The host was very responsive and gave us a good orientation plus suggestions for restaurants, grocery store etc. It was easy to hang out there and have nice family dinner or to drive. 10 - 15 minutes to Healdsburg and the wineries. There were three couples, all family and it worked very well. We would go there again for sure.

This was a beautiful home in a stunning and peaceful setting in Sonoma. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet area with wonderful vineyard views. The quality of the house, the patio and pool area, and the finish out throughout the home are top notch, even more so than depicted in the pictures. The owner was a delight to work with and was very responsive to questions before our trip and was very available while we were at the home if any issues came up, which they did not. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make some outstanding meals during our stay. There are many wineries in Sonoma County close to the home, but if you are not familiar with the wine country lay out, this home is about 45 minutes from the North end of Napa County. We hired a driver, and it was no problem at all, but be aware of the travel time to Napa wineries. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

The house is beautiful and Arturo was great about providing us with all the information we needed to use the many amenities. Great location for spending time in Healdsburg or even Sonoma. Fully equipped kitchen- we were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal there easily. Open floor plan and indoor/outdoor living made it easy for everyone do their own thing. Highly recommend.

Relaxing

We spent four days/three nights in Sonoma. Three couples. The house was perfect in all respects. New and modern. Great kitchen. Heated pool. Three wonderful bedrooms, all spread out around the house for added privacy. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. The location is ideal for visits to wine country. We have stayed in many VRBOs, all of which have been nice, but this is right there at the top of the list.

spent all day everyday by the pool. really great indoor and outdoor spaces. super private, very calming. the host was wonderful and made everything so easy. loved seeing (and hearing) the wildlife! loved that it was so close to downtown windsor - but felt so far away. would love to visit again!

Beautiful house in an incredible quiet setting. Easy access to Sonoma airport and Sonoma valley wineries. Still not too bad of a drive to most Napa wineries and restaurants as well. Arturo, the owner, was helpful and provided several excellent recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sonoma county

This is a wonderful house, clean and modern design. The pool is especially nice and the kitchen is well stocked. The spaciousness of the house and the open views are just lovely and we enjoyed being close to a town for quick grocery runs or meals out. The one thing that took us by surprise was the semi-regular airplane noise from the airport so close by - we just didn’t note that on the map before renting. Our son loves airplanes so for us there was mostly a good thing.

The property was beautiful and the pool was the perfect place for our kids to spend most of their time. We loved the layout of the kitchen and the dining room and the view from the dining table. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if there had been shades on the top windows in the master bedroom and the bed mattress was a little softer - though this is just personal preference. Arturo was a wonderful host and made the best recommendation to visit the nearby Oliver's gourmet food market. Windsor is such a cute town with a lovely park and shops and restaurants. This property is located in private breathtaking area surrounded by vineyards. What a peaceful location it is. I had one group of women stay Friday and another on Saturday followed by alone time with my boyfriend. The house is spacious, bright and well appointed. The pool was absolutely spectacular. We stayed in it for hours even late at night while looking up at the stars. Great place to have a small gathering. Arturo met me at check in and check out. He takes great pride in their home. I'm already looking at additional dates to book their home.

The list of compliments is too long to write so, in short, serene. Definition: calm, peaceful and tranquil. The house is full of light and is uncluttered. The pool is just lovely and a nice relief after a long day. Perfect location from the highway with a quick drive to the adorable town of Windsor (with the best grocery store, Olivers). 10 to 15 minutes to Healdsburg. Most of all, perfect hosts. Arturo is a hoot and very clearly loves his home. Looking forward to returning next year.

We rent in Sonoma County each year and this is the best house we've rented yet. You get what you pay for here. It's not an inexpensive place, but the views and amenities are outstanding. The views in the pictures are exactly what you see when you're there. I have a picture of my daughter with a hot air balloon rising behind her. The interior of the house is spotless. Arturo has the entire kitchen labeled so it's easy to find things and to remember where to put them back. There's coffee, spices, oil, etc. The kitchen is outstanding and there's a Weber grill outside if you care to cook while you're there. I cooked most of the time since the kitchen was top notch. The three bedrooms are spaced out so that you're far enough away from each other. It's perfect for two or three couples. We were a family of three and it was perfect for our needs. There's a full bath for each bedroom with the master bedroom having an ensuite bath. There's no shortage of towels, blankets, etc. The pool is gorgeous and there are a good number of lounge chairs just like in the pictures. There's extra propane for the fire pit and grill. The house has centrally controlled AC and heat across 4 different zones and is very user friendly. They also have a Bose Soundlink system, complete with outdoor speakers. I downloaded the app, connected my streaming service, and it was just like my Sonos at home. The house itself is in Windsor and about 7 minutes from town. It's up on a hill so you get amazing views. Organic dairy cows are your neighbors, and you have a wonderful view of the vineyard behind the house. It's near a small airport, so you will see some planes landing and taking off, but they do not have a flight path overhead. You'll hear the engines, but there aren't that many flights. It's a quick ride (maybe 15-18 minutes) to Healdsburg and about the same to Santa Rosa. If you're looking for a bit of seclusion without needing to navigate a mountain, THIS is the place to be. The homeowner is accessible and friendly. He keeps the place spotless and expects you to take good care of it. It's not a rental that gets turned over every few days. It's a home. And that's what makes it awesome.

As we drove through the gate and passed the beautiful vineyard surroundings, we knew we were in for a special experience. This home was the perfect setting for a gathering with our close friends and family. It starts with a lovely circular drive and a beautiful olive tree at its center. At night when the olive tree is lit, it shimmers in this amazing silver color. Upon entering the foyer, our breath was taken away as we looked out onto the great room overlooking the pool and the vineyard beyond. The bedrooms are all lovely, and the open floor plan for the great room consists of a beautifully and fully stocked kitchen, the dining area and the living area. It all makes a stunning impression while being warm and inviting at the same time. The marble-topped island in the kitchen became a focal point for socializing, drinking wine, cooking, and laughing. And the surroundings of the property is a parade of beautiful birds and wild turkeys and rabbits and we even saw a baby fox! Every window is a picture representative of the beauty of the wine country at its best. It is absolutely beautiful. Every comfort and detail has been carefully thought out by the very hospitable owners of the property. They truly understand caring for their guests and made us feel very much at home. The hard part is driving away at departure. I took solace in thinking of visiting again. If you are looking for a magnificent spot for a family gathering or an intimate group for a special occasion, this is absolutely the place.

We had a lovely getaway at this secluded picturesque property. The house itself is beautifully designed and well appointed. Most of our stay was spent enjoying the kid-friendly pool and thoughtfully kept grounds. From inside, the panoramic views of the vineyard and the hills beyond is fabulous. It was a treat to watch a family of wild turkeys run through the backyard into the vineyard and see hot air balloons take off in the early morning. The owner was very helpful and responsive which made the logistics of the stay smooth. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This is a gorgeous house on a hilltop with the whole house and pool overlooking vineyards. The house was modern, spacious, and well stocked with supplies. The pool has a great shallow area with umbrellas for lounging or kids. The poolside firepit is wonderful in the evenings. We will definitely go back!!

My family and I had an amazing time in this beautiful 3br house in Windsor, CA. The owners were very thorough in explaining the incredible process of building this exquisite property and provided us with endless recommendations for local restaurants, wineries and activities. The house itself is spectacular- we have amazing family photos out by the pool and the indoor-outdoor flow allowed for us all to enjoy the beautiful weather and views.
