Good size, private bathrooms for each room perfect for a big family holiday with couples and kids

The villa was fantastic,great location bars and food short walk ,the beds were very comfy and all rooms were en suite, plenty of chairs and table at the pool and sun loungers(could do with update) but worked great, plenty of towels for outside and in,very clean.A basket of tea/coffee would have been a nice touch? We left a big box of washing powder and fabric conditioner hope they will be left for the next people also a small paddling pool and toys for any future kids that go hope they leave them there. overall would highly recommend we all had a great time, hope to visit again and would stay again in this lovely villa 😀

Everything was great

fab property for the 8 of us who stayed there for a week. the rooms were ideal and flexible for the 3 couples and 2 single people. we split the top bedroom up into 2 with the foyer area for the 2 single people. the pool was perfect even if it was a little chilly due to the time of year. the boys loved the ping pong and pool table area.

some of the shower trays don’t drain away quickly and create a little swimming pool. I would assume the waste needs clearing out. The dishwasher has definitely seen better days and the lack of dishwasher tablets for a weeks stay meant we had to wash up with the little washing up liquid we had. we didn’t want to buy extra as it would be wasted. but the dishwasher definitely needs to be changed especially as it’s going rusty and as it doesn’t clean very well and it didn’t have salt or rinse aid in it and nothing left in the property for us to top it up. I was disappointed there wasn’t any cleaning products for either the bathrooms or the kitchen to keep it clean. would have been lovely to have a hoover as well so the villa was tidied up when we left on our last day. We tried our best to keep it tidy and clean when we left. Despite the minor issues we came across the villa was very comfortable and fit 8 fully grown adults perfectly. We can’t wait to visit the area again and know what to expect if we stay in the villa again.

Everything

Huge house (it is really a villa), very comfortable and fully stacked for a large group. Each bedroom (4!) has its own bathroom. Nice pool, and in general beautiful outside space. Albufeira is a bit away, although the Marina is only a few mins by car. Calm location, close to beautiful San Rafael beach. Very friendly reception also, with good tips for restaurants. Very highly recommended; photos do give a good impression of the villa.

Nothing major, bathrooms were a bit small for Dutch sized people, however still fully functioning!

Me and my family of 7 and a half spent 6 nights at this amazing property which we all loved, the property is really clean and tidy all the rooms have their own bathrooms with really powerful showers with good temperature controlled hot and cold water. The living room is big and has super fast Wi-Fi kids were happy with the Netflix. We paid for the pool to be heated for the kids which the absolutely loved the most. All the room doors have patio style doors which also have electronically controlled shutters. There is an Iron, Ironing board, Hair dryers there are also many utensils in the kitchen cupboards. The area itself is very safe with plenty of free parking there is a drive and a garage which we really did not need to use so we didn't. There is also an amazing small beach around 3 mins drive with breath taking views. Albufeira old and new town is around 10 mins of easy and calm drive away for places to eat things to buy and place to see. There is an Aldi and Lidl around 8 mins drive too where you can buy all your necessities. The Marina itself is literally 5 mins drive for all boat rides, Kids activities and places to eat. In other words everything is very close to the vila. And Finally the host Pedro is a very nice helpful person who is not intrusive and will let you enjoy your holiday in peace but will answer any questions you have very quickly and efficiently. Beds in the 4th bedroom upstairs were hard and uncomfortable. Not enough glasses and crockery. Pool table very jaded.

Highly recommend. Had the best holiday. Stunning villa with everything we needed. Very clean. Great location. Short walk to shops and bars. Recommend taking a short walk to Praia dos Arrifes beach. Very quiet and beautiful beach with a bar. 10 mins from old town in a taxi. The owner was very helpful before we arrived arranging anything we need. She also set us up with a taxi company who we used throughout, ola chica. Had everything we needed and will definitely be coming back!!
