Such a great property! We were impressed with how much baby items they had to accommodate for our son. The neighborhood was quiet, scenery was great and the weather was fantastic which made it nice to enjoy the pool. The house was clean, spacious and we loved all the amenities! Would rebook again!

The house had exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. For our family of 10, with ages from 12 through 78, the house provided plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. We paid to heat the pool which provided lots of entertainment for the kids. Great walking distance to town. Downtown Sedona was very busy the week between Christmas and New Years so being able to walk locations made it easier.

The uptown home was great for our group of 8 family members. The pros were the size, cleanliness (in the house, not necessarily around the spa), amenities, and proximity to town. It really is a great house. Unfortunately, we downgraded what could have been an across-the-board 5-star review due to the house not being as described because of inoperative central heat on the upper level. This fact was not disclosed to us prior to our arrival and, in fact, not until the next day after we had inquired with the agent about the heat - there was a part on order. A space heater was available (and used by us). Before using the space heater, the upstairs temperature was 56 degrees. The upstairs is large and includes a kitchen area, a sitting room, and a large bedroom area. Consequently, we spent the majority of our time on the main floor where the heat was working but missed regularly enjoying the upstairs with its beautiful view. Other minor items included the lack of an instruction binder...something that has been in every other VRBO in which we have stayed. It may not be required, but it would have been useful for such things as operating the outdoor spa, etc... Oh, we marked down the check-in process because the maids were still cleaning the house until 30 minutes after our scheduled check-in.

Great stay at this house. Kitchen has everything you could need. Spacious house great for a large group, pool area is really nice, loved the upstairs porch, nice areas for gathering. Great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with so many items. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! It was a great place for our 9 family members to enjoy games and recharge between our tours and outings. Wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely stay here again! A++++

Great location to downtown and great hiking. A family get away with two families. Great set up for a larger group with kids! Check in and communication was great.

We enjoyed our stay - the house was well stocked which was great because we like to cook and dine in. Nice walk to downtown. Had some slight trouble getting the check in information but once in was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was that we had hoped to swim but did not realize we needed to give advance notice for the pool to be heated - would recommend noting that for people unfamiliar with how these things work.

This place was awesome! It was a quick walk to stores, restaurants, and the Pink Jeep Tours. They had every kind of amenity that you thought you might need, and several you didn't even realize you'd want! It was like staying at a friend's house! Thank you for making our stay perfect!

This property was great as a base camp for our extended family vacation. Fabulous common spaces and lots of nice amenities. Great location with easy access to everything Sedona has to offer.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our group - plenty of room to spread out and also to gather. Great kitchen for all the cooking we did. Loved the hiking and relaxing on the pool and hot tub afterwards.

Great location with proximity to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of room, we had a group of 10 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The details & pictures in the listing were very accurate. House was stocked better than most (Spices, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). I would highly recommend renting this house!

Location and property as advertised. Spa wasn’t in working order (or cleaned - leaves in spa) and when finally fixed, was either too hot or cold, no obvious way to adjust temperature. At the end, didn’t heat the last day and a half. Trash from previous wk not removed, overflowing & attracting local feral hogs. Property would benefit from a binder with clear instructions on use of electronics, gas fireplaces & we never did get the ceiling fan to work. Accommodations were clean and well located.

This house is beautiful and the location is perfect! Walkable to all of downtown Sedona. The views from the second floor wrap around deck are very photo worthy! The house is very comfortable ; great kitchen which includes all of the kitchen items etc. that you could ask for. Very nice hot tub and pool. We will be back!

A lovely home

We had a great stay at this property. We were in Sedona for a girls trip and appreciated the space to spread out and lounge. Lots of bathrooms for a getting ready, comfy beds and couches. The location is great - we walked to everything we needed in town. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels and blankets. The house is really amazing. I was able to stay in the main bedroom with the heated toilet - now I want one of my own! The *only* suggestion I would have for the home owners would be too provide an info book for turning on the TVs, fireplaces, etc. I recommend this house highly!!!

Jackie's property is very well maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and beautifully furnished. It is among the very best rental locations we have ever stayed in. Easy access, ample parking, quiet neighborhood, yet easily walkable to Uptown businesses and restaurants. Excellent, prompt communications and responsiveness from the property owner throughout our stay. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location for a large group! We had an amazing family vacation and enjoyed walking to dinner and shops downtown.

We had a great 4 nights staying at this property. The master bedroom and the upstairs suite were amazing. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone, The house has a huge, well stocked kitchen. Outside there is a very nice pool and hot tub. The house was so close to everything. We were able to walk to some of the downtown restaurants and shops. Overall a wonderful house.

This lovely home had a separate wing for us as the Grandparents in the group. It is beautiful and has everything you would want as your "own place". The rest of the house gave privacy to my son and his family. If you want to be able to walk to stores and restaurants, this is the place. It is just far enough away from uptown that you don't get the town noise or clutter. but close enough to walk to if wanted.

Our family had a wonderful time in Sedona! The house and pool were both fantastic!

Our overall experience was good. Property was very spacious and location was prime. Beds were comfortable and owners offered a lot of miscellaneous needs such as plenty of toilet paper, Clorox wipes, washing detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, plenty of pool towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner, etc. It had a fully stocked kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Outside pool area was great and so was the jacuzzi with the fire pit. Two drawbacks, garbage never got picked up (fault of the city) and with a family of 12, a lot of trash was accumulated. But the biggest drawback were the cockroaches which we encountered both outside and inside the house. However, the property gets treated twice a month for them. Overall, the owners were great, super communicative and resolved our needs very quickly. I would recommend this VRBO to others.

Great place for a large family gathering. Plenty of room, kitchen was awesome as was the outdoor space. Nice quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to town. And stocked with everything you need to cook if you don’t want to dine out all the time. We loved it.

The house was great and just as shown in the listing. It was very clean and modern and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The host was very responsive and friendly. Within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops.

To start, this is an absolutely lovely home with room for many. But what stands out for me are the small things, that these owners have provided. First off, low batteries in the remotes for tv’s are common. And this home was no exception.. But what was incredibly nice was a drawer full of every type of battery you may need. NICE!Three coffee pots and enough coffee to last you for days. Another plus.Extra stick lighters for the fire pit, bummer if one runs out, so the owner stocked up.A ginormous amount of swim towels.. thank you. I hate a wet towel.A kitchen with every possible pan, dish, cutting board, knife, or kitchen gadget you could ever want. Very well stocked.A spice cupboard that was loaded beyond salt and pepper.Good books on Sedona and hiking in the area, thank you. We enjoyed the Baldwin hike very much.Bathrooms had everything we needed down to Q-tips.And lastly, it is immaculately maintained, stylish, and well laid out.It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for in the Vrbo world, and this one will not disappoint. Highly recommended.

House was perfect for 9 of us , 6 adults and 3 kids. Only issue was spotty WiFi whixl h was fixed after a day or two. Property manager extremely accessible and helpful. House is extremely well equipped and accurately described in the website
