We had a great time! Beautiful clean property! Only negative was all of the trash trucks and delivery trucks that came early in the morning every weekday. Would still book for any upcoming trips! Everyone we dealt with was nice and checking in was easy! Thank you so much!

Kitchen is great for two people and the setting is comfortable. Only issue is the bed, which is comfy, is set against a wall, so one person has to climb out. Great response from the office. My husband and I just completed a four night stay at this Avila Beach condo. It is very near the beach and you can see the water from the balcony. It is very spacious and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It is also quiet and safe and offers included secure underground parking. I would highly recommend this condo.

The water pressure was weak at best but we were able to shower/wash dishes. Also parking was a bit difficult to figure out as you have to drive down an alley to find it, but it was super safe and secure. The windows need help opening all the way, but great air flow once they open all the way. FYI the restaurants and shops open and close when they feel like it, which is both charming and frustrating. The pizza place down the stairs is good, but Custom House is an upgraded Dennis. The beach is amazing! Not too crowded. We loved our stay in this charming condo and beach community.

Also since there is no air conditioning you have to sleep with the windows open to keep some airflow going. The ceiling fans help but it still gets very warm in there. The combination of having to keep windows open and all the street noise was a big to detractor. I would stay again but not in the Summer.

We rented this property along with another unit in the same complex for extended family. This property became the go-to spot for the balcony and view.. Perfect for morning coffee and HH. It served our short term needs very well but would benefit from a music system and a better bed. Neither of these suggestions would stop us from renting this property again though. Great location, comfortable and very satisfactory.

Everything was nice, the only complaints were the bed frame seemed broken, so if you sat on the side of the bed, or only one person climbed in, the whole bed tilted towards you. Good communication and quick response to a couple of minor issues from the management. Avila is a very small town and was located quite close to Resturant’s and shops. Would recommend Blue Moon over Avila, a French resturant, and for a great electric bike rental, BoltAbout Bike rentals, behind the resturant on front street, excellent customer service!

This is an amazing location. The kitchen is nice and it has an open floor plan. I didn't know it was more like a studio than a one bedroom when I booked it. Everything was easy from parking to getting in and checking out. This property does require you to take all trash to dumpsters, putting towels in washer and cleaning dishes etc. I would stay again because of the location and cleanliness. I never once had to ask the host for anything because everything was listed in their guide. Thumbs up for making it so easy.

This was the perfect place for my family and I. We have 2 kids (8, 10) and it was more than I expected. The room is small but we spent a lot of time on the balcony.
