Great location, nice house, friendly host, good facilities

We had booked a whole house as it was myself and my daughter travelling together but the owner had assumed we were coming as a couple and had only made up one bed. If you book the whole house then all beds should be made up regardless

Owner met us on arrival, showed us around the property and told us about the area. He recommended restaurants and told us about local sites we might consider visiting. He was very helpful.

Ideally located in the centre of Ypres, yet in a quiet road by a peaceful park. Beds were huge with quality bedding. Enough room to relax for 2 couples with facilities to be self sufficient should you wish though there are numerous bars and places to eat within easy walking distance.

Stairs are steep which may be a problem for the elderly or young children

A lovely, comfortable town house. Was very clean and well equipped. Everything we needed for a great stay. Beds were really comfortable. Nice quiet area but within easy walking distance of the centre. Private parking was good too. The host was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. Check in and out was easy.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the main Ypres museums, Menin Gate, cathedral and old market square. Very easy to find and garage parking easy to find and worth the small additional charge. Friendly and informative host. Very happy to help with restaurant recommendations and what to visit.
