Kids went surfing and had a blast while we discovered the area. Short fary ride or car ride to Lisbon. The beaches were amazing and loved the early morning walks along them.

Our stay was filled with comfort; enjoying the neighbourhood, the walk to the beach, the views from the window. It was a pleasure to stay and the support from the owner was much appreciated. Also, the caretaker was so kind.

A nice and clean flat, near to service and free parking on the street just near the house. The beds perhaps a little bit hard but over all a very nice flat and visit.

It was absolutely okay. It was very clean and the flat for 2 persons was good. The only thing is the flat is not quiet, there are a little bit loud (airplane, neighbors, Fitnesscenter,...).

this is the best apartment i have ever been in CdC. It has everything, very modern. It is in the center od town, supermarket is just across the street, bus station is in front of the building and ocean is couple minutes walk.
but maiin thing is onwer! nice welcome with bottle of wine. Owner is ready to answer any stupid question :-) response was in a minute. I really feel at home. i will come back for sure.

Buen apartamento en Costa Caparica
El apartamento es tal cual aparece en el anuncio, pequeñito pero con todos tipo de detalles.
Cocina completa, baño recientemente reformado, wifi, colchón confortable, etc.
Fácil comunicación con el dueño.
El apartamento tiene un supermercado cruzando la calle y la playa está a un paseo caminado.

I rented the property for a week break. Have nothing but positives about our experience. The apartment is a great location, clean and well equipped. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. The host was very good at communicating any queries we had. The complementary wine was a nice touch on arrival. Will definitely book again

Wunderbare Auszeit in Caparica und Portugal
Grossartiger Herbst mit viel Sonnenschein und aufregenden Wellen. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen und man lebt zusammen mit Portugiesen in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Lissabon.

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine, c’était parfait
A proximité de tous commerces, bars, restaurants, magasins de souvenirs.
Malgré la situation actuelle tous les magasins sont ouvert jusqu’à 23h voir minuit.
C’est très agréable, l’appartement est propre et très jolie, nous avons adoré ce séjour
N’hésitez surtout pas à y aller.

SEHR SCHÖNES APPARTEMENT
Habe das Appartement für eine Dienstreise genutzt und musste 2 mal verlängern das war kein Problem die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos nicht zu Unrecht sind es unsere Freunde ein sehr netter Mensch der sich immer stets gekümmert hat obwohl es mir hier an nichts fehlte .Gleich gegenüber ein kleiner Markt wo man alles bekommt und ein Schöner Anblick vom Balkon haben mir die Arbeit hier in diesem Land sehr einfach gemacht ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement Land und Leute wunderbar danke Portugal gerne arbeite ich hier wieder

Dienstreise
Habe das Appartement für eine Dienstreise genutzt und musste schon einmal verlängern da die Arbeit nicht fertig geworden ist das war kein Problem der Vermieter hat sehr schnell zugesagt und es lief alles ohne Probleme zur Lage des Appartements sehr schön gelegenen im Touristengebiet Costa da Caparica 5 min zu Fzss zu einem der schönsten Strandabschnitte Portugals Land und Leute sehr nett und schöne Gegend hier Appartement sehr zu empfehlen

Super für Strandurlaub
Sehr gute Lage für einen Strandurlaub, zu Fuß ist man in 6, 7 Minuten am sauberen Strand. Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge quasi gegenüber. Die Wohnung ist recht modern und komplett ausgestattet, bis hin zu Geschirrtücher, Wäscheklammern und Spülschwamm. Einziger Manko, die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, liegt zum Glück aber weg von der Straße.

Eine erholsame Woche in der Nähe von Lissabon
Mein Sohn und ich haben 8 erholsame Tage in Caparica verbracht. Trotz des sehr durchwachsenen Wetters, konnten wir, durch die Nähe zu Lissabon, viel unternehmen. Aber auch die Zeiten am nur 5 Minuten entfernten Strand, waren mit Wind, Wellen und traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen wunderschön.
Die Wohnung ist schlicht und funktional eingerichtet und hat ein super Preis-Leitsungverhältnis.
Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf befindet sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut ausgebaut, so dass wir auf kein Auto angewiesen waren.
Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Vermieterin, die mit Rat und Tat per Mail oder auch telefonisch zur Seite steht und uns z.B. bei der Buchung eines Taxis behilflich war.
Gerne kommen wir wieder!

The flat was exceptionally well presented throughout, with an especially well appointed kitchen. There was a very good supply of towels, kitchen linens, and bedding. We did not want for anything at Caparica Flat, it was all there for us to enjoy. The flat is centrally located, minutes walk to a couple of mini pregos, an abundance of charcuteries, fish markets, and fruiterias. Also steps away from local bus routes. The owner of the flat was excellent, and always communicated promptly with us.

Joli petit appartement très bien situé
Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve. L'appartement est parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes : bien agencé.
Les plages sont très proches ainsi que les petits restos et commerces.
Lisbonne est tout prêt et toujours aussi agréable.
Je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent à la fois visiter, profiter des plages et être logé dans un joli petit appartement bien équipé.

Perfect for our short stay
This apartment was fantastic for our 4 days in Costa, very central and close to everything (mini preco, bus, beach, restaurants etc). Clean and modern apartment, elevator in the building, comfortable living space and an all round lovely apartment.
Joana was very friendly and the information regarding things to do close to costa was very helpful even though I have visit many times!
Check in/out was very smooth, no problem even though I was running late for the check in!
Thanks for the stay Joana, hopefully be back soon!

Muy buen sitio , tiene de todo y con buen gusto
Hemos estado en Semana Santa - completa - íbamos con nuestra hija de 7 años . Inmejorable para visitar Lisboa , para nosotros mejor que estar metidos en todo el meollo de la ciudad , las playas de caparica están a 5 minutos andando de la casa .
