- La consommation de l’électricité est plafonnée à 5% par rapport au montant total du séjour . Je trouve cette pratique qui est unique à cette résidence comme étant de l’arnaque; - C’est un endroit trop bruyant. Les gens jouent de la musique toute la nuit comme si c’était une boîte de nuit; On entend aussi les Klaxons des véhicules de tout type toute la journée et toute la nuit vu que la résidence se trouve à un rond point toujours bien bouchonné.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The rooms were very comfortable (good Air Conditioning system) and spacious. The price was very good as compared to other hotels with similar provisions (Microwave, refrigerator etc.). Very powerful and Good Wi-Fi system. Good security.

The hotel had no restaurant, did not serve breakfast. I got breakfast from an external source. It would have been wonderful if the hotel served breakfast. The hotel's Lobby is just big enough to accommodate the receptionist ONLY. For a hotel with such qualities, not having a lobby siting area for hotel guests is not good. Sometimes, hotel guests do wish to spent time in the lobby rather than sit in their rooms all day. No gym.

It's well located, security guys are really helpful

- Service and assistance. Need to review the hospitality policy and train the staff to meet the requirements of the hotel industry. - I had to buy data most of the time to do my work because of no internet connection - I was overcharged on that stay. My wife tried to call my attention while paying but I was tired and just wanted to reach the room and sleep. When I noticed they tried to give me the reason that it was a mistake made from booking.com end, then I told them that, it's not my problem but their with booking.com. and that was my second stay at that location who was a mistake. What I understood, it was all about making their revenue not about guest satisfaction

The ceiling in the living room just above the TV set had a leakage

The windows were not double glazed and it was very noisy in the apartment. Bathroom finish was bad No hot water, weak WiFi

the entire staff from the driver, receptionist, room attendants were all amazing. i think i will love to come back when next i visit Cameroon.

they just have to improve on documentation or archives department. I suggest every client who checks in should have a separate folder with details for each apartment with room numbers inscribed on the folders to avoid long delays at the reception trying to turn over bulky pages of receipts keeping clients waiting.
