The adults only rooftop pool was a great place for couples

Really good hotel, the breakfasts were great, the location of hotel - is good- 10 min to the beach by walk, supermarkets nearby, restaurants and city center just in 3 min by walk.

The hotel is clean, quiet, beds are good, and spa is nice. We enjoyed the roof top adults only area. It is beautiful, clean and has great views. Buffet is nice and has something for everyone. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Unfortunately, there was a toxic smell in the air conditioning. We had two rooms and they had to move us the first night of a 5 day stay. The smell was still there slightly in the second room and the room we had for our three adult kids. The reception sent a technician that couldn't figure out the problem.

The breakfast was Lovely, a very varied selection of fresh food. Contact with housekeeping, checkin and restaurant and beverage staff were all positive.

The towel and safe rental these should be provided as standard in a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Also I believe you should provide a smoking corner on the rooftop sun deck.

Grrrreat breakfast, pool area was wonderful and location was good. Room view to the pool area was beautiful also as the hotel’s interior.

Our room had a door to other room and the door was not soundproof so you could hear quite well other room’s noices. Hopefully there was a family too so we had about same schedule for bedtime and waking up. Otherwise there could have been a problem.. balcony’s fence was like a mirror, you could see neighbours balcony quite well.

We stayed a few years ago and loved it for the children, since the renovations, it has improved massively. One of the things we noticed the most was the improvement of the food, we had half board, but the flexibility to swap between lunch and dinner service helped so much with the children. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean and the staff could not be nicer. Main areas have undergone a big transformation and the bar, dining area and even pool area are lovely and just what you need. There are plenty of activities that go on during the day for children, if they get bored with their parents or the pool, and the evening entertainment is well thought out, although we didn't see much of it. The location is perfect, a 10 minute (if that) walk into the centre and 2 minutes from the bus station. As far as cost is concerned, we thought this was great value for money and even extras are not over the top.

The food was very good, the staff were by far one of the best groups of people we've ever encountered in any hotel anywhere in the world. Location was not far from Girona Airport (30 mins by car/taxi) and a 15 min walk from the beach.

The spa facilities could have been better. There is no changing room connected to the indoor pool. Our baby could not take a shower after using the pool because the 2 showers inside the indoor pool area were super high pressure and anything outside of the indoor pool area required going through a cooled area (air conditioning). So we ended up wrapping the baby in blankets in order to take him upstairs to take a shower. There were no bottled water provided in the rooms. This is normally very basic in any 4 star or 5 star hotel, let alone being all inclusive or full board. The safe box was chargeable - again this can be free of charge.

Staff were super helpful and generous with time

Really difficult to find a fault, It would have been nice to get a brief on the facilities and activities or direction where to get this info on arrival. We figured all out as days went by but would be nice to have known from the start where and what was available,

4 star....Great food. Great pool area. The roof top pool and sunbathing area on the 6 th floor was fabulous. The beds were so comfortable and we even had a mini fridge in the room.

The new renovations were tasteful and pleasing to the eye. The location is excellent and in a not too noisy area. Staff very helpful and friendly, always available to give assistance. Roof terrace is incredible, plenty room and plenty of shade always a must with roof terraces, love it (well done)

Was rather disappointed and surprised to see you offer a pistol and archery cours in the mornings. Given current problems with gun crime, having a programme like this in my opinion in a family resort isn’t really acceptable with children watching their parents taking part. I would have recommended my family ( with children) to come to the resort, however seeing this I’ve decided against it.

room size was very good. we had pool view room. there were 5 small pools for children with two being warm water. one large for adults and two rooftop. one warm and one cold. they have a warm indoor swimming pool for when it is raining next to a gym. rooftop bar is free to use away from children. every night after dinner there was two main shows. one loud and fun. one classic and romantic. they have activities for children throughout the day. they have one between 8:45 to 10:45 pm that they take care of children so that parents can enjoy some time off. m loads of outdoor and indoor spaces. beach is 10mins walk. nice town market with walking distance. Lloret with very busy nightlife within 10mins drive. Barcelona is 1hr if you hire a car. food and drink is great and quality is high. lobby is modern and looks great. management attention to detail is impressive. one of the top 3 best hotels you could find within 20-30miles drive. it is honestly a 5star hotel. not 4.

safe in the room is not free. they charge for it. dinner starts at 7pm. there is no free car park. you could find a free on street parking within 10mins drive.

lovely hotel and great value for money during an Easter break. breakfast had an amazing variety to offer and produce was very good. pools were great and the room was clean and modern.

the lack of cafe type bar service. there was so much space and bar areas but there was nowhere to have a snack if you fancied it, you had to do the buffet lunch or dinner but no other options for a sandwich in the bar for example.

The breakfast was very tasty. Many different kinds of foods to choose from. Juices, coffee, the whole buffet was really great. I also really liked the view from our room. The room itself was clean and nice :) We didn't use the swimming pools, but they looked very nice. There were lots of activities available to do in the hotel. In the evening there was a show at the hotel bar.

The neighbours were too loud in the morning. But the hotel is not responsible for this, so I don't count it. We cannot choose our neighbours, as they say ;)
