The rooms were huge and quite comfy. Wi-Fi was good.

Breakfast was ok, pretty standard German styled but lacked any personality. The location is a bit poor (not a lot of food options nearby). I chose it because it’s very close to the place I was visiting for work, otherwise I would stay elsewhere.

Internet didn’t function in my room 203. it was in a black spot. 5 meters from my room door it’s 100%. In my room 0%.

For my purposes the location was great, as the hotel is situated halfway between the train station and the University North campus. There are bus stations right outside the door and a couple of minutes walk to a well equipped shopping mall. The room (single room) was spacious. Breakfast was quite nice, with specialties such as salmon and different cheeses.

The staff was not very friendly. They were efficient, yes, but I would have liked maybe a smile and a not-so-blunt approach. The room was situated on the second floor facing the street and the noise was a bit too much. During the night there was little traffic, but this may still be a problem for people who cannot wear earplugs. There was also no chance of blocking out the light, as the curtains were very thin. Again, more of a problem during summer, but I don't see myself having any sleep if the sun was to rise earlier than it did in September.

Very big room, comfortable bed. Facing the restaurant so it you could hear people dinning at the terrace, luckily it closed at 10pm already so it did not disturb much the night sleep.

Very rude personnel at the reception both at check-in and check-out.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breaffast and a nice big and clean room with no nasty carpets. Free parking. Coffee in the room.

Internet could be faster.

Tidy room, a good sound isolation, a most kindly receptionists. The massive bonus is that the restoran in the same building with the hotel.

A kettle didn't work, along with a safe box. Only one set of hygiene washable items in the double room guests.
