Parking was fine we had a spot. We always had one close to our area. We liked having the tennis court there we played tennis and saw other people playing pickle ball Overall, we would stay there again

403 with very clean hot water did not work in the kitchen and also the master bathroom

Old and out dated

For a family of 5, we did have enough room, we did enjoy our family time in Key West for the four nights.. But kitchen tile is all buckled up and broken by the dishwasher and they covered it up with a rug. Both beds weren’t not very comfortable and the couch needs to be replaced, dirty looking. Could use a coat of fresh paint.

Kitchen tile all broken Stove burners didn’t work Both showers metering valves installed incorrectly- water was either ice cold or scalding hot. Informed Vasaca and their “handyman” left his tools in the bathroom for 2 days. The condo was outdated in 1985, horribly outdated now. Laundromat was inoperable Pool was nice, view was nice. Definitely not worth $500/night. More like a $200/night place

The suite was huge enough for a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children)

Condo was clean and orderly. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I was disappointed that this unit did not have a washer and dryer as we pack light and use them to extend our wardrobe. Neighborhood was very quiet, even though the pool was on our side we didn't hear anything. Could use some repairs in the kitchen floor, but overall it was very acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay in Key West. The condo provided all essentials. I will note that it does need to be updated and definitely needs new flooring in the kitchen. The pool and grounds were well kept. It was a comfortable stay.

Kitchen floor is completely broken, the ceiling fan is jot centered on its mount and the carpet is frayed badly entering the bedroom. The place is fine just needs these minor details repaired.

Very nice place to stay, we were very happy. Will definitely come back

Great place no regrets

I realize ocean air and salt cause issues. But the refrigerator had like pasta sauce stains and rust. Stove had rust. 2 burners (irons) didn’t fit properly. Tiled floor needs replacement. Bed and bath were good. The place works, it just needs some repairs and updates.

Everything was good except the pull out was difficult to sleep on and needed to buy a blow up mattress. Refrigerator wasn’t real cold

As advertised. I would stay here again.

This property is located in a nice area of Key West. The kitchen floor tile needs some attention also the dish washer leaks. Other then that we had a great time. And yes I would book this property again.

The unit was clean and well stocked with towels. Furniture is old and 1 of the 2 side chairs were falling apart. The cushions for the outdoor chairs have seen better days. BUT the tile in the kitchen OMG! They placed an old runner in front of the sink. After tripping over it several times in the first 30 mins of being there we moved the rug and put it to the side. The tile underneath was so cracked that my granddaughter cut her foot on the broken tile shards. Several tiles in the front entry were cracked as well. Several of the tiles in the main part of the living room were loose and you could hear them pop as you walked on them. No bugs or ants so that's a good thing but they advise you to keep ALL food wrapped and put away to avoid this issue. We used the microwave and the oven for the food that did not need to be refrigerated. The pool was great - cold - but great! And if you want to sleep in, think again! The jets at the airport start taking off at 7 am. And if those don't wake you the naval base jets will. Would we stay again, maybe, if they made some updates and fixed the tile. If not, I doubt we would be back

Location, quietness, cleanliness, adequately furnished.

This location is on the quiet side of the island (even with the airport) and only minutes to everything. It is a little outdated which is why I only left 4 stars, but everything was very clean and functioned properly.

The distance to everything was perfect .

The property was very conveniently located, the neighbors were quite and everything was clean.

The unit was very clean and well maintained. Check in was easy.

The property is on the north end of the island, far enough away from Duval St. to be a nice relaxing base. We had a golf Cart which made getting around a breeze. The parking for the cart and our additional family car was sufficient but could have been an issue if Vacasa had full capacity. The apartment was as advertised, the Kitchen tile is in bad shape in our unit but otherwise the condition was good. The pool was nice. overall I would definitely stay there again.

This complex is clean, well maintained. The unit was clean but just needed some updating. Gave us plenty of towels and toiletries. Just needs to provide a hair dryer. That’s a basic amenity.

The condo was as advertised, clean and comfy. I stayed here with my 3 sisters and we would rent this place again. One note, the screen door was completely off the track.

Search wisely, images are extremely deceiving.

We enjoyed the property, but we’re a little disappointed in the location. Very far from town on a bike in the heat.

Loved this home ! They had everything you need for a home, from a can open to tubware . The only thing they need more of is towels and some linens for sofa bed. Will definitely return for a longer stay !
