We chose Little Palm Vista for our anniversary return to St. John, where we were married 30 years ago. It was a perfect choice in a perfect location, and Michael was the perfect host. Michael met us at the Jeep rental location, accompanied us to buy groceries, and guided us to his beautiful villa in the southern mountains overlooking the Caribbean. The view was spectacular, the accommodations were comfortable and luxurious, and Michael was always available with helpful advice. Michael is more than warm and gracious host, he became a friend and we look forward to returning to spend more time with him at Little Palm Vista in a few months. Little Palm is the best private villa for a couple wanting to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the views of St. John. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is large. The bed was comfy, and the views are amazing. We loved having our own private pool! It was an amazing vacation!

My husband and I love our time at Little Palm while visiting St. John. It was in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from Cruz Bay. The views from our balcony and the pool were spectacular! The perfect bungalow for the two of us with everything we needed. Mike and Leslie were very accommodating!

Little Palm Vista sits on top of a mountain overlooking Fish Bay and Ditleff Point. It is a beautiful view every time you look out the window, pull into the parking space, and relax in the pool. The view surrounds you and it is the view that sells this property. The second thing that makes this property special are property managers. Michael, the owner, is very quick responding to any questions you may have. Michael was off island during our visit and Leslie, his property manager, was great at organizing our arrival and check in. The property is very convenient to downtown Cruz Bay and the amazing restaurants (about a15 drive). We had an amazing week in May 2023 and we can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed an amazing week at Little Palm Vista Guest Suite. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed for our week. Michael has thought of everything! The view is absolutely spellbinding - and the pool is a great spot for viewing. We definitely would rent again!

My husband and I stayed at the property for our belated honeymoon/one year wedding anniversary for 10 days. The suite itself is perfect for two with plenty of closet space and a dresser for your clothing. The bathroom is huge, the kitchenette is big enough to do any basic things you may need and store drinks and snacks. We did not use the grill or any appliances besides the fridge, but did notice there are plenty of pans, plates, knives, utensils, a juicer, grater (for homemade painkillers!) and salt and pepper. Bring spices, olive oil, Tupperware, aluminum foil, ziplocks, etc. or buy from St John Spice or another market in town if you are planning on doing any cooking. The Bed is super comfy. The pool and deck chairs are perfect for relaxing in the mornings or afternoons after you’ve beached it up all day. The small balcony off the suite is great for chilling and listening to the waves and wildlife as well. The area is so peaceful, quiet and private. You can hear the frogs, birds, waves- it’s totally zen. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The sunsets are unreal and even morning views are insane. We caught a few rainbows in the mornings and it was unreal. At night you can stargaze- we saw quite a few shooting stars. Bring bug spray and maybe a citronella candle- because this is an island and tropical environment- should go without saying but just in case, add it to your packing list along with the reef safe sunscreen! We used the beach chairs, towels, and cooler every day. There are ice packs as well as ice cube trays in the freezer which worked perfect to keep our drinks and snacks cold on our daily beach outings. Don’t let the “distance” from town discourage you- it’s really not a long drive at all and I actually found this location pretty convenient for getting to the beaches all over the island. Rent a jeep and you’ll be good to go! Plus you get the secluded feel that we totally love. The drive up to the house is really no different than most driving on St John- lots of switchbacks, speed bumps, and dips- no problem at all for us! Michael and his property manager Leslie were responsive and helpful. Bernard their greeter (also super nice) had us follow him from our jeep rental office to the home and gave us a quick tour of the place before leaving us to it. We absolutely had the most relaxing stay of our life and would love to come back (I cried when we left!). Highly recommend. Thank you Michael, Leslie, and Bernard for everything!

We absolutely loved Palm Vista! It truly was even better than the pictures. Michael was amazing with communication along with Leslie the property manager. We can’t recommend them enough!! We will be back soon! :)

We had a fabulous time. How could you not on this beautiful island. The view from the villa was amazing. The drive there was a bit scary at first but by the end of the week we were pretty much getting use to it. Pool is not exactly private as the owners residence is right above it. Though the owner never came out when we were at the pool. The owner was very attentive and welcoming. Would stay again.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Little Palm Vista - honeymoon suite! Michael is an amazing host and sets you up with all of the information that you need for an amazing stay on STJ. He is also super responsive and helpful. We stayed for a week and saw so much of this beautiful & special island. Perfect balance of adventure and relaxation, which is exactly what we were looking for. The views are absolutely stunning and we even saw a double rainbow like pictured in the listing photos (it's real ;). We also loved ending the day in the little infinity pool. You feel like you are up in the sky when floating...which you basically are hence Skytop Rd. The drive up to the villa is super windy/steep but that's STJ in general for you- and worth it for the views of Fish Bay! We drove our jeep ALL over the island to hit most beaches/hikes and were totally fine but it does take some getting used to, haha. We love St. John and can't wait to return to our new home away from home one day. Thanks again, Michael!

Little Palm was great! The view is definitely breathtaking, and the space is very nice and clean. The pool was refreshing as well and was a great way to cool off (with a great view) after a long day at the beach. The owner Michael is super friendly, communicates well, and has great recommendations of what to do on the island. We would definitely come back!

Not big deal though after you haven’t driven it couple time and only takes about 15 mins to get to town. Property had great amenities but due to being small villa for two, the refrigerator is hotel size. Would prefer little bigger refrigerator. The villa has a/c through and ceiling fans and had no problem staying cool as long as pull the shades to keep the sun out while gone. Shower and bathroom facility all new and worked perfectly. The pool is clean and the water stays very cool all day every day. Nice to come home from the beach all day and being hot and get into this cool pool to relax which a more than awesome view with great sunsets. Over all I would rate this property 4/5. I would stay here again in the future. I would recommend to any one looking for a clean/very nice place to stay!

This place was perfect for the 2 of us and view was one of a kind!. We sat on our private deck every morning starring at the ocean with our coffee. The private pool was great and it was just a very nice experience with this property. Jeff and Megan

My wife found this property, and I’m glad she did, the stay was beyond great. The villa was clean, quiet and had the most beautiful view of fish bay. The bed was also very comfortable. Close to Cruz Bay and the beaches to do anything you wanted, but far enough away that you can enjoy peace and quiet from Cruz bay. Mike and his team were great in leading you to the villa, and providing a guide book of his favorite places on St. John. The tips that were in the book, helped a lot. Overall our stay was great. We were sad to leave and we’d definitely stay here again.

We spent 8 nights at Little Palm. Driving on the island is intense. The drive to the suites is an adventure with all the hairpin turns and guts, oh but the amazing views along the way were breaking. Lots of stairs to the suite. We enjoyed the little privet pool one day and the beaches all the other days. We cooked every day and while it was okay it was definitely challenging. There are no containers to heat food up in microwave and only one burner on the grill out side so food has to be cooked in stages. However I’m sure most people will not be cooking as much as we did. The fridge is very small and froze some of our greens so don’t plan on filling fridge with veggies. The bed is amazingly comfortable, perfect after the long hikes we took. Our host was very kind and helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend St. John car rental. If you book at any of this hosts properties I’m sure you will not be disappointed!
